I had forgotten. But yeah, one of those low post
ones. Probably made such only to edit that thread.

But, squelching dissenting views is a pile of crap,
especially given the attitude of his advice. I really
fear that people will try and follow that s**t.

how do i know clearly for sure that the girl likes me are there any signs as im crap at reading body language etc ....

If she takes your fingers in her mouth,
she likes you. If she starts touching you
a lot, she likes you. If she crawls into bed
with you, she likes you.

It took me a long time to figure THESE out.
So, I'm pretty damned dense. But, maybe if
you're anywhere near as bad as I am, they'll
help.

Don't do that. Chat-up lines are like running up a flag that says "don't talk to me, I'm an idiot". It's far better to say something ordinary like "Hi, can I buy you a drink?" or "Hi, my name's [insert your name here], what's yours?"

Saying something ordinary like that is far better than making yourself look like a total buffoon right from the word go.

There is an exception. If she tells you she's a novelist and there's this really sick, pervy, brain-dead guy in the book and she wants to have him throw out some kind of chat-up line, there is your excuse to think of one that is soooo bad it makes all the conventional ones almost passable.

The other thing is to be observant. Asking a girl if she wants something to drink if she has a pint in each hand and three on the table is stupid. Under those conditions, ask if she wants something to go with them.
