I've always had intense crushes, they were overwhelming when I was young, I used to get into a terrible state. They were both on celebrities and real people.
As time went by they've calmed down but I've still always got a crush on some man or other. It does help I'm happily married so that dilutes them a bit and luckily crushes pass very quickly like all my other interests.
I doubt anyone I had a crush on ever realised I existed 
The only time I think I had a crush on someone who also had a crush on me I was a very good girl and didn't fall into temptation. I will always be proud of myself because I didn't cheat on my husband.
