Smile and talk to him, start the conversation, if he's interested he'll ask you about yourself. Also if he is attracted, he'll likely flirt around with you or tease you a bit or invite you to do some things with his friends. (not like I'd know here)... but it's what I hear and makes sense. If he's not attracted he'll just ignore you basically or just talk some but not tease around.

Cleavage. He'll notice.

Of course, so will every other guy in the room.

Ha-ha so true. Oh man, guys and their "mommy" issues.

But it is scientifically proven, Big Boobs = fertility.

Guys DON'T have to do the chasing. In fact many guys really don't WANT to do the chasing--yes, NT guys included--but they're expected to. Unfortunately there are a lot of guys who haven't really had too many cases of girls they like liking them back, so they expect embaressment and heartbreak if they approach. Gender roles suck.

Bottom line: If you find a guy attractive, approach him. Don't wait for him to come to you.

That said, I strongly recommend getting to know him and befriending him first--maybe dropping hints that you're interested along the way. If you don't work as friends then the relationship will quickly dissolve into a nightmare.
