That's what people keep saying, but I'm seeing people my age getting married... That's a sign that I don't have much time at all...

^Me too and I feel your pain.

Except I'm not going to cut off all ties with people based on their age or status in marriage. Although does make me wonder what kind of people marry so young who don't put any real thought or effort that go hand in hand with marriage and children..... :?

You cannot measure yourself by the actions of others... depending on the culture, some start marrying off at an incredibly young age, and there are many romances that start when both are more grey than spry. You have time; you feel pressured. Two different things.

Wise words indeed. I learned this lesson long ago, and it has always been a great help to me. We need to work out what is right for ourselves.

If I don't mean anything to others, what is my life worth?

I didn't mean to suggest in any way that you don't or shouldn't mean something to others; my point is that you cannot determine what is right for you based on when those nearest you decide something. We aren't here to measure ourselves against how others live their lives, and if you spend your time in that pursuit... then it's possible that you will miss out on your chance to live your own life along the way.
