Me & Toad are so completely undesirable that women who are extremely desperate for a relationship & date guys who use & cheat on em won't even give us half a chance. I suddenly feel like ranting about how I am a f#cking loser because no woman will ever take a chance on me.
In case you cant tell I'm being sarcastic but I do feel like sh!t sometimes because I cant even get desperate lonely women but I know the problem is not with me; it's with the women & I am much better off without women who aren't willing to give me chance. I'll probably spend the rest of my life alone thou but I'm probably much better off. I'm NOT going to attack all women or anyone else over this

I doubt it. But you fall into the trap many other asperger men fall into that they percieve they are acting in a perfectly normal way blind to the way their behaviour impacts on others. Theory of mind, its wonderful pain in the arse. If you've never had intervention to help understand this aspect of communication deficits of AS then your going to go into adulthood very much with a debilitated level of communication that simply isn't as tolerable in the adult world as it is when you are in childhood.

Its like expecting a blind person to invent Brail in order to read the book you just gave them. Plenty of asperger adults are in this predicament though so its not like its uncommon. Just sadly you happen to be born in a country which prioritises services and support provision for the vulnerable in its society at near enough the bottom of the pool probably just above the intellectually disabiled

I'm moritified to read about peoples situations in the USA. I'm so glad to have not been born in that country I don't think people with AS stand a chance in such a dog eat dog system.

Yeah, sorry about that. I didn't mean for it go get this blown out of proportion. D:

bewarethebob - I did/do want advice. It's just that at the time, I wasn't in a state where I could receive it if that makes any sense. At this point, I'd be happy if everyone just got back to the original topic and left everything alone. I'm sorry if I hurt people in the process, it was unintentional. :(

You're welcome. :)

Yeah, dating in the US is really difficult simply based on what is expected of American men and women. I don't know how it is in other countries though. Maybe I and others with AS would stand a better chance in Europe or something. :/

Most people have a better chance in other countries because they have an exotic appeal.

A lot of NZ men don't like my accent, but overseas men LOVE it.

As I said before; I think Aspies would stand a much better chance if we had arranged marriages. That goes on in some other countries. If I could easily move to another country; I would go to one that has em. The only way I could ever get a woman is if she was pressured into it. American women will never give me a chance unless they are on something

This is very true. Moving adds instant exoticness.

If moving to another country is out (and it often is), moving to a different part of your own country can still give a touch of exotic. This works best in physically large countries since having a different accent is part of the appeal.

But I thought that arranged marriages had to be set up by the two families when you were a small child. I don't know if they do arrange marriages for those who enter the country as an adult. Even in some countries, arranged marriages aren't as popular as they used to be due to the Westernization taking place in a lot of countries these days. >.>

I'm sorry you feel that way. :(

hale_bopp - I love accents. Especially British, Irish, and Spanish accents. German accents can be sexy depending on the person. NZ? You live in New Zealand? Or am I completely off the mark again?

I think a common misconception about arranged marriages is that women are forced into them. That's not always the case. In fact, many women request for their families to arrange a marriage for them.

When done right, arranged marriages are practical and a much better way to find companionship than our American way.

Lol, but I like Pennsylvania. I would move to a different city in PA because I like the people there better than back home. Obviously, it isn't exotic enough since it's a college town and most of the students are from another part of PA or NJ. :D

Depends entirely on the country and culture when dealing with arranged marriages.

Ah, okay. I'm not sure how I'd feel about having one though. If my family arranged a marriage for me, I'd be stuck with an uptight bible thumper and I would be miserable. It'd be like being married to my mom, minus the lesbian incest. D:

There is still a lot of pressure to be in a relationship thou. Lots of women tell me I'm a great guy but they never give me a chance & instead they chase guys who are not interested in em. If the women were getting pressured to be married; they might be more willing to give me a chance. I've been told before by older women how they wish their daughters or granddaughters would be interested in me

Women are under a lot of pressure in the western world to marry, too. We just have to do it all ourselves, and end up failing more often than not. Hence, the 50% divorce rate.

I thought that was because the women wanted the guys money or the women don't take the relationship seriously
