Not really interested, its not difficult to socialise but I can't muster the will power to even bother.

Like I said before I'm single because the kind of girls that I am attracted to, you know the hot-looking ones, are never interested to go out with me and also I'm too much of a coward to ask some of them out. They like me but not in that way so there is no reciprocal attraction.

I also struggle with body odor problems (apocrine bromhidrosis) which can be a turn-off for many girls.

Because I'm away 3200km from home (in Vancouver, BC) in St. Cloud, MN, doing grad school for the past 3 years. Most people around my age in St. Cloud are already married with kids (I'm 27), so my chances are pretty limited. Plus, I'm ethnically Chinese and I prefer dating East Asians, and there are very few Asians here.

I have conquered my fear of talking to people...

Unfrotunately I still have my same old aspie MONOTONOUS voice that I can't do anything about unless I surgically replace my vocal chords.

And.....

..even I can't hold a conversation for more than 20 secs.. People get bored with me fast. Even if they are not bored they perceive me as weird.

...I also feel stuck and don't know what I should say. I have high alexythemic traits (Google it). And that has made life in general so difficult.

Every time I come close to having a relationship, I either freak out and stop talking to them before anything even remotely serious can happen, or I get overly excited that someone likes me, am way too aggressive with my affections, and they stop talking to me. It is usually the latter.
