^^ You know, this gives the guy a power of choice, which is better? To get a one message in blue moon and so the guy would go with her because there's no one else? or to CHOOSE to see some of the many showing initial interest and then filtering through dating?

It's not less of pressure here.

This whole thread doesn't make sense. It has become more of a slowchat thread with pics of potatoes and sausages (don't ask, it's Czech cuisine), cute cat pictures, viking parodies and lots of weird food pics. The grand question is why is Boo more popular in Morocco than in his own country?

And I posted the Nazi girls exactly because they don't make sense. If someone walks around with an outfit like that in Europe they'll probably get assaulted. It's Remembrance Day/V-Day in many parts of Europe. It is just very strange to Europeans that there are bars and restaurants in Asia with a Nazi theme, if you google "nazi bar" or "nazi cafe" you can see the photos. It's just completely beyond belief, especially considering what the Nazis though of anyone who was not a German.

Or...Casablanca is in Morocco (a former French colony like Lebanon) and Boo is destined to replay Bogart's role by some divine power. A movie which also had Nazis and Czechoslovakians in it.

True enough, but I can imagine that it can be difficult if you have to many choices. I think you'll quickly learn which girls you like after chatting with them for a while. I hope it goes well for you :D

But that's exactly what I am saying. If Lebanese women had more pressure to get married, and Moroccan women took more time to date people, maybe that's why there are more interested women your age in Morocco.
(Take anything I say with a grain of salt, it's a national holiday and I'm completely drunk)

No I don't think it would be difficult, it's what women usually do as well especially if they're using online dating, they will get a lot of suitors, right? yet they can still manage it by filtering.

I find it really...really sad, when I see guys on here posting threads like "A girl finally responded me on okc! What to do next??"; this means a lot of guys in many areas in the world don't really have choices; and that's bad - and if some girl responded they would do anything to date her...just because she responded, horrible.

If I was in Morocco now I would have secured fully-booked dating weekend, maybe for two consecutive weekends LOL , and that from Tinder only; and yes they do date, I have asked them if they are willing, they wouldn't swipe right or respond otherwise. And more are keep coming, so the choice range is growing.

I find this to be a very very important privilege.

and the mystery is getting bigger.

I have asked them Katten whether I look like a Moroccan celeb or exotic, it's none of that.

Here a sample of one conversation:

in last line she said "Non, I thought you were Moroccan".

All others I asked said that too.

I don't think themselves know why, they have no idea.

The only explanation, is that...I dunno, way less picky in looks?

Or maybe they just like how you look :)
Maybe they think that you have an approachable face..
Or are attracted to your personality or a combination of the two.
I hope you didn't go with the whole stripper thing this time... 8O

38 matches till now, and that's from like 100+ swipes in one session.

I didn't do another swiping session.

And none is bot/spam because those are so easy to detect.

From your pictures, if I saw you walk around in the Netherlands I would also assume you were Moroccan, simply because most people of Middle-eastern origin are Moroccon here (2,2% of population).

What I meant with the earlier marriage comment was this (all based on assumptions): if people in Lebanon have pressure to marry, they will be picky in their dates and only want dates that they believe will lead to marriage, so they will reject most. If people in Morocco (assumption again) have less pressure to marriage, they will spend a longer time of their lives with just casual dates that won't lear to marriage, so the bar is lower.

I woke up sort of late, so I haven't done much. I had no plans anyway. Weather was extremely stormy, check out these hailstones that fell today in Drenthe (and note the cat furniture in this pic, on the right, it's a cat castle!):

Since I live in Apeldoorn there are WW2 memorials on just about every street, it's Remembrance Day every day here. Lots of veterans live here, or used to live here because there are military bases nearby. It can even get pretty weird, when you walk in the hospital here there are memorials to the Canadian forces that freed the town. There are also WW2 bunkers in the forest, I used to play on them as a kid. :D

Oh, I've been watching the show Vikings today, so my mind was in Scandinavia today.

Catastic castle

Those are some huge hailstones, must be lot of damage...

I've never been in Apeldorn, sounds like an interesting place with lots of interesting history. When I was in Nederland, we went with a metal detector we found so many bullets and so on, very strange and made the war feel more real. It's so strange in rest of Europe it's part of history, but not here...people prefer to forget I think.
It was funny when we walked with the metal detector and people kept coming up and asking if we found gold yet haha very unswedish behavior and also the fact that you can basically not be alone anywhere unlike here
