Pretty fair comedian too. Growing up he was my mentor for telling jokes, along with Edmund Blackadder and Basil Fawlty.

what it all boils down to is that many people don't understand how to live or even what life is about. I myself came to earth totally unprepared and I feel I am always playing catch-up, and that is incredibly tiring.

I suffer from crippling anxiety and feel overwhelmed just thinking about all the things I need to learn about life, let alone all the unknown knowns.

And because my family is in a far away country I couldn't get to even if I wanted to, I don't even have the much-maligned option of "mother's basement." So instead, I'm in a cycle of finding myself homeless over and over again.

I grew up with many influences.....ranging from 1910s slapstick to 1970s cynicism.

I wanted a dad like the one on “Courtship of Eddie’s Father.”

Many of us incels gave up pretty quickly and accepted at a young age that we had no chance. Accepting you have no chance is freedom! There are more things to life than romance and dating. More time to pursue my dreams and do what I want in life without anyone holding me back.

Okay...that's cool.

But don't get mad at woman because of that realization.

Pursue your dreams. Many women happen to like guys who are into pursuing their dreams.

It depends on what the dreams are.

If for example his dream is playing video games all day while living on welfare then most wouldn’t like that.

I sense that he has more lofty dreams than that.....

I certainly hope he does.

I wanted to be in the Addams Family because they were more tollerent and more functional than my own family. Aside from their macabre tastes they were the ideal family. It didn't hurt that they were rich.

Being adopted by Mr Drummond was my second choice (also rich).

Oh you can't go wrong with Jimmy Stewart. I quite like Gregory Peck and Stewart Grainger as well.

There's a Gregory Peck cowboy film I think is quite good about a man who won't lower himself to be like the super macho guys around him. I'd recommend that. It's called The Big Country.

I adored seeing Gregory Peck's movies from my early years. Extraordinarily handsome man in his prime, though there are many handsome men in that era of movies. Peck had something extra, including a beautiful voice, interesting graduations of verbal and facial expressions, and a particularly wonderful smile.

He was my favourite actor as a child, and in foyer of the movie theatre we went to, there was a large framed photograph of his face. So I used to spend the time waiting for the movie gazing at it. I used to stand there wishing he was my father.

Most incels are unfortunate to not come from a rich family. Unfortunate to be from a working class or middle class family without being able to buy popularity. Some people with no personality need to buy friends and popularity. If only I came from a rich family my life would be so much better.

Well, now YouTube is suggesting videos about incels to me. This is another sympathetic one.

Kyle is gorgeous btw. Look at his cheekbones and his eyes!

YES! 8)

At least you’re a “make the most of it,” kind of guy.

I didn't come from a rich family; I came from what may be termed an "upper-working class" family.

After my parents got divorced, we were squarely "working class."

Beats living in a lower working class family. My family was never working class. We were unemployed class.

I was about to chastise him for giving up too easily but you're right. There's no freedom in obsessing over one thing.
