8O Wow, you have answered a lot of questions! You do realize that if you select that you accept, say, answers A, B, and D, and that you care "a little," the algorithm takes it to mean you do not really want someone who would answer C, and your match percentage drops, yes? A quick look shows me that, for example, you do not want to date someone who knows how to spell the word "definite." :P Might be metaphorically shooting yourself in the foot a bit there.

Also, ah...the "What I'm doing" part kind of reads like a CV. Looks good, though, otherwise.

Blimey, I think im getting more stupid(er) as I get older I don't get that question answering system at all. WEll its all a big experiment at the moment

To be fair I do answer those questions very quickly, trigger happy with the mouse button from playing too much FPS games I reckon

Had alittle modification of my profile again as I know exactly what you mean about it sounding like a CV. I dunno i'm not a creative writer at all, I suck at trying to flaunt myself or articulate who I am in writing. Academia or article writing in journals fine, making witty lines in a profile to sound interesting and exciting...i totally suck in that department

I found the nearest high matching person to me is someone called MissMooncalf 8O I think she must be some english clone of Hale Bopp or something given her pre-occupation with games. I can't actually fathom I would get along with someone that wacky and goofy to be honest, they'd probaly find me too sensible and boring

My enemies...when I stop laughing at the kind of people I get...Arrogant ambitious high flying businesswomen, pikey's, skanky slags and my towns and horrendous mockneys well thats definatly spot on the money I can't complain there.

I also found one of my old ex's at a 90% match, no suprises there.

laz, we are also 75% match! lol i started a profile just to see how i match with some friends and other people on here. i haven't filled in anything except the bare minimum requirements to do the quizzes. i can't figure out how to find out my best countries for matches though?

so far, my highest matches are neo-hippies. one lives on a commune and another one is living off-the-grid. how fun!

Well in the entire okcupid database the highest matching person with me was an english playwriter who lives out in Vancouver canada followed by some americain amnesty international campaigner/librarian who actually sounds pretty awesome so i sent her a message (go me) and a swedish single mother.

75% aye? I haven't really bothered to look past anyone below 90% yet I am curious how I score up to people on here though. I notice your all being allusive with what your usernames are, although i figured who hyperlexian was being the sole canadian to have visited my profile

I'd guess percentages approximate 100 as you go? I'm at a possibility of 99.8% right now, guess I'm just hoping there will be some high 90's in my home city rather than worrying about near-perfect 100s across the Atlantic or Pacific somewhere.

(hyperlexian is secretly wishing that more people would post their OKCupid usernames because this is fun to compare match percentages. but she also knows that people may not want to expose their identity in a public forum. so feel free to send a PM if you want to indulge her silliness!)

It's no big deal. I answered 300 questions on the first day I signed up on OKCupid.

Okay, but first let me clarify that I didn't make the account to meet people, and, ah, hadn't really intended on anyone seeing "my" profile. Also, OKCupid took away my mushroom self-portrait, which I think really brought the whole thing together.

I am haynowbrowncow. Now, what is your own username?

Never did this before, fun and interesting.

My biggest enemies are super-obvious: religious conservatives.

Some are totally baffling though, there's one where the only thing that looks problematic is the fact that she likes Heavy Metal and I like Punk Rock...

that made me curious to see who my enemies are. my anti-matches are located all over the world (Australia, Vietnam, Egypt, Slovenia, Canada, U.S. Thailand, U.K.), but there is a solid band of unadulterated potential hate from new england, down through west virginia, tennessee and arkansas, straight into louisiana.

my non-matches seem to be conservative, religious, family-values types, without a lot of education but with a whole lot of traditional views.
