5. Kindergarten. I drew this girl a picture of her favourite animal (A zedbra I think) because she seemed sad, and she turned around and planted a big one on my lips. :D

When I was 15. It was gross because I didn't like the guy. I wanted to date just to have that experience. The whole date went awry.

It was just over a week before my 20th birthday. I'd liked him for about a month beforehand: we got drunk, and I clumsily told him that I really liked him, and he kissed me. It felt a bit weird, but kind of nice. It felt nicer the next day when we were both sober, but it didn't feel half as good as when he wrapped his arms round me tightly.

My first kiss was when I was 5. He was 7. We were little kids so it wasn't anything hot and heavy, but we were quite decidedly in love and wanted to kiss each other. So we did. It was like a Kim Anderson photo. If you don't want to count that, my first kiss was in 6th grade to a boy who looked like Alex Lifeson (in my opinion). It was brief but intentional. Unlike my Kindergarten romance, we weren't in love. I just wanted to kiss a boy that I thought looked like Alex Lifeson and he was agreeable to kissing a girl. If you don't want to count that, my first kiss was in 7th grade with an 8th grader. We were in love and to prove it, he wrote it all over his sneakers in pen. That kiss had tongue and we went on for quite a while.

I was never a good girl.

The boys I had kissed were still 7 years old, then 11 years old, then 13 years old. While kissing girls is fun, many of us did not have our first kisses with other girls, which means there were boys getting kissed at those ages.

There are late bloomers who are boys and girls so it all will even out. It's really not a big deal.

What's a late bloomer supposed to be? Sounds like a kind way of saying loser to me.

My oldest son is a late bloomer so I'd watch what you associate the term with, if I were you.

Then enlighten me on what it means.

It means a person who didn't get a particular thing until they were older than the majority of people who had already gotten it.

In this example, someone who gets the first kiss a lot later than most people.
