Yes I think it's a a great idea I recall many moons ago an aspie did a write on his blog on this very subject (he was a devote christian) he was "sickened" to have read theirs a trend going on where aspies are having causal sex with each other.

Seems logical to me , any takers (clear skin here) :D hell if your a 1/2 starving poor uni student I'm willing to drunk you up in style (home brew) sweet sweet delicious home brew (beer) :D * and feed you (not with my schlong) that's for latter on ladies , I mean real food . real as in a home cooked meal (but be warned their will be no dead animal or their secretions or bum waste (eggs) in that meal . will gnocchi do ? I am pleased to say I've perfected it trick :cook the potatoes in the oven (foil) as opposed to boiling it and you must use a ricer.

* actually most woman would not like it way to bitter also I like black (as most say once you go black you wont go back) actually being serious for a moment did you see Obama in Ireland meeting his "relatives' he had a good swig of the Guinness but his wife  , did you see the footage ? I need to find out why woman don't like these styles of beer do they even like beer period ?

It would surprise me to , it's a fuddy duddy crusty old mans drink, I thinks there's a real reason why women don't like these styles of beers I need to reference one of my beer magazines their was such an article , apparently women prefer fruity lightly hooped beers. I'm not sure if you could do this beer :

www.coopers.com.au/ -

The Coopers Stout and I kid you not markes Guinness seem like a girly mans drink. I can taste I kid you not ,, grandpas old chest, Chesterfield lounge, caramelized meat drippings, Lindt 80% , bitter Italian coffee (ristretto style ) and than some ! it's really intense though my home brew even more so :)

all this beer talk is making me thirsty . :)

i like stout, but it is not my first choice. but i like India Pale Ales or Double India Pale Ales best. something bitter and cloudy and thick, basically. around 100 IBUs (International Bitterness Units) is the goal for me, without too much sugar to offset the bite.

i was reading about Belgian sour beers. those would be interesting to try too.

It's a very tame, homogenised, tasteless stout in all honesty. If you could tell me the stouts and porters you can get in your bottle shop locally no doubt there will be a lot more I could do to advise.

I want to try Tooheys Old (to say that I've had a proper mass-market Australian dark beer) but I wouldn't expect anything special.

I usually prefer strong, coffeeish stouts. What part of Australia do you live in? :)

Please don't say Toohey's again, Coopers is the brand you should be trying to hunt down, not quite sure it's fantastic but it's very drinkable, you might wanna ask our resident drunk as to what she thinks about the coopers dark/extra stout :)

Wouldn't mind a pint of Guinness FES now. It ain't cheap in the shops though - comes to about £3.10 a pint / £1.80 a bottle (equivalent) in bottled form from Booths. It used to be available for more like £2.30 a pint / £1.33 a bottle.

If I had a choice I'd be hunting down some of the excellent strong stouts/porters available from the Australian microbreweries.

i only drink guinness in bars, when the preferable ales are not available. stout is my second choice by a long margin. it's the IPAs and DIPAs that rock my world.

in the bars or pubs here, there isn't usually a whole lot of decent choices, but guinness is miles better than a lager to my tastebuds. guinness is often the only ale on tap.

I wouldn't be complaining too loudly a pint of guinness here i think is between 8 and 10 AUD, which would be closer to 5 to 7 pounds i think :( and you might not even be lucky enough to get an imperial pint (What a real pint is called here for some stupid reason)

I love those beers too. As well as Imperial Stouts. Ever had some of those?

It's my birthday today, so that bottle of Nøgne Ø Dark Horizon 2. edition that I've had for 26 months might well be drunk today. Yum. :)
