IDK about that. I've found most people have much lower standards when it comes to straight up sex than they do for a partner.

Not sure I would say that, either. I don't see unattached sex as inherently dehumanizing.

I can only speak for myself in that regards. I just feel the less you associate the body you are sharing space with human identity like knowning a name or aspects of their person the easier it becomes to be detached.

Sounds very cold and clinical I know but I don't claim to be the norm. But i haven't enaged in anything like that in nearly 10 years and don't plan on returning to that anytime soon

But some people on here seem to have some aquired wisdom of the ages that they can render judgement on vast swathes of the human race. I don't know who made these people spokesman but I have to admire the shear tenacity of claiming to speak for us all.

I blame religion. Mankinds greatest organised attempt to destroy spirituality
