Read through my list carefully, and then post which of the 100 Signs of a Red-Flag Woman you would find attractive.

People were doing the same thing in the red-flag man thread. I wanted to contribute, too, but feared it would get lost in the drivel so didn't bother.

it's not about what you find attractive fnord, 'red flag' means a warning signal...yknow, for danger

i may not find a woman with a goatee attractive/desirable but that doesn't mean all men should be warned away from her.

you bring a fair point which is why ive not paid much attention to these threads. It seems to be mostly things that are not normal or repetitions of bad behaviors. And this goes for both the men and women threads.

i wasn't even refering to what you wrote...because frankly it was too long and i got a bit bored. i felt other people's contributions (&potentially yours, who knows) were a little too personalised and unhelpful to a thread which i assumed was here to help people to spot potentially hazardous relationships

well, now that you mention it, people are listing people being people and behaving themselves like people, I mean X person lists flaws it hates but X belongs to a group that has other or similar flaws.

Not that I have anything against these thread though, but I can't help to see that a bit of irony must exist here, but my initial point isn't that, but rather my own personal position regarding the issue: "reading these lists, makes me less willing the persue any relationship" means "anything that can go wrong will [very likely] go wrong", so I'm kinda applying a "murphy's law" to my case.

Like I said before, if you find yourself ticking off each of these items with regard to your wife or girlfriend, then maybe it's time to break it off or seek counseling (or maybe it's all in your head).

It's like the lists in the DSM - the more symptoms a trained mental-health professional finds matching a particular description, the more likely his or her diagnosis will be of a particular illness or syndrome - the more signs that you check off on these lists, the more likely it is that the woman may not quite be the perfect woman for you.

Then again, if you're into being treated badly, then find someone who displays as many of the signs as possible.

i could already have accidentally married an unsuitable suitor in the time it'd take me to go through that list

Different strokes for different folks. We all have different wants, needs, desires, and red flags.

A woman who is a 'tool of the state', or a 'whore of Babylon', is okay by most members here.

But for me, it would be absolute hell to be with this type of female. Wanting to go to the mall, watch a Hollywood movie...... yuk yuk yuk I would rather beat off with sandpaper
