Besides, I don't want you to masturbate over my picture, Ms. perv.

Ok Boo, and I thought very highly of you. That wasn't what I meant. I thought that there were a lot of men/boys and women/girls here that are looking for relationships and since the personals picture posting thread is so long and tedious to get through, maybe, if someone is looking for a mate or bf/gf it would be to their benefit to post their picture.

Oh and I tried to post my location (new hampshire USA) but it didn't take for some reason. I should think it would be helpful for some of us to practice flirting and whatever in a safe environment such as this one. I didn't mean to invade anyone's privacy.

It would help to have age listed too. Age isn't really important to me but it is to some

True. That would make the girls here depressed because they can't afford to go to Lebanon and meet you.

Location is much more important. If you both then decided to meet each other IRL - THEN you can swap photos before meeting up.

yes smudge, your avatar is very tempting too.

I realize a good majority of the people here are my children's age. If I am perceived badly then I will retreat. Maybe it is a special interest for me, but I hate seeing people lonely. Especially at this time of year. Because of the way I was abandoned as an adolescent, it has kinda been a hobby that I try to help others get out of their shell. I was an introvert and spoke very little when my mom died and left me on the street. I was forced to come out of my shell and find a way to feed and shelter myself. So I really empathise with lonliness.

It isn't like I can't get a date. I just can't find someone whom I can relate to. It is funny how everyone thinks I have it all together. There is a youtube video of a girl who I relate to sooo well. I just found this the other day and it explains how I feel. It may explain how MANY people here feel.

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IFxWdpuy ... plpp_video

It's difficult to watch again. But I couldn't stop when I first saw it.

There isn't anyone local to me on here anyway - male or female.

Theres no age limit here but you may want to have a look at the +40 threads created by members that thought that most advice here was directed towards youngsters http://www.wrongplanet.net/postt179273.html

I dont think anyone has an issue with your suggestions and boo was just messing around so dont take him too seriously.

I simply wouldn't have my picture showing in a forum as public as this on the Internet. That's just my personal preference. My location shows under my posts in ISO code, but I've only ever given the most oblique hints as to my age.

I think I have a pic or two in the eligible odd bods thread...

but yeah, public forum + pics = bad news.

Also if someone likes what I have to say they should PM me, There are a couple of female posters I find interesting here but that distance...

I think it adds to the mystery, If you search you might possibly find a pic "of the real you" or something along that line. I just had someone ask in a PM for a pic just to put a face with the name.

No problem ! !! I would never say no to a request.

But seriously now, I've got MUCH more frequent responses when I've removed my real pictures on okcupid. Like for each initiative message there's at least one response from the girl.

While they were there for months, the response rate was zero ... nil, nothing, completely ignored, as if the messages weren't even sent ;p .Once removed (the pics), I've started getting responses from the newcomers within the same week, and even from few already-contacted (contacted like a while ago) users with second attempts.

I didn't change anything in my approach (which is often humoring and even mildly trollish ;p), so it's certainly the pics.
