I like the term "pleasantly plump."This does not mean obese, which is unhealthy.
What one naughty fellow said,"more cushion for the pushin."

I like "dangerous curves" which you sure won't get from a Skinny-Minnie... but I'm not sure I'd consider that BBW.

Women who are 5-10lbs overweight can be extremely sexy. A little extra meat goes a long way. I prefer them over most frail looking women. A couple of my ex girlfriends were a bit overweight, no problem, just more for me to sink my teeth in hehe!

I always thought that men liked skinny women even though several told me"I don't want to feel any hip bones poking me."Then one day I gave my very skinny friend a pat on the back,he was so boney feeling,it was NOT sexy. That's when I beleived them.
I have a male friend that likes his women really plump,he says"Just more to love".Once he even had a pair of plump twins fighting over him!!

Garfield used to make good skinny jokes... "How many skinny people does it take to fill a shower? I don't know - they keep slipping down the drain!"

When you can feel the bones, that is frightening. Bunch of alarm signals go off in my head... For safety's sake, I'd be worried about getting a bit rough with them in almost any physical situation.

When I was half a stone underweight due to health issues, I actually felt my own hip bones poking me when I was lying down. I couldn't get comfortable lying on my side in bed. The sharp hip bones were too sore. I had to lie on my back only.

It was really annoying.

That is so true! I've heard a skinny man and a skinny woman are not a good combination because it's like "bone against bone" when you cuddle or get intimate. I find plump women very attractive and cuddly too. I dated two that were over 300 # (or about 22 stones for you Brits).
Below is a post that I've seen going around facebook and on several BBW pages.

I don't understand the attraction to fat women. Fat is fat and it's not attractive.

This thread makes me smile. I'm a size 18/20.

I think most dating sites let you search by bodytype. Typical words used include bbw, curvy, a few extra pounds and I think there are a few more as well. I don't care much for BBW's but if you like them than that's cool.

POF and DateHookup have advanced search options on anything. "few extra pounds" and "large" or "big/tall" are the choices for larger people. I don't search them out because my "no kids" and "no smoking" filters doesn't leave many to look through in my area. But I am still attracted to any size above average.

An overhanging belly like the one in that picture is not a "curve." It's flab.

Curves and flab are NOT the same thing!
