Things that girls do that make me happy are:

Hand jobs*
Blow jobs*
Snuggles
Complements**
Being there day after day

Things that that can make me thing a girl is flaming hot:
Having control over her emotions
Having approximately equal or greater intelligence than myself
Having an iron will
Kindness

*This does not work if I don't already know and like the girl (by demonstrating the attributes that I think are flaming hot)
**This does not work if I think it's insincere or if it happens too often.
