I know you've got a few special fans on here... caught you flirting n' all. ;) We've never really talked much but we've never butted heads either... not a bad start. ;)

To me, it depends of the woman. I could go for either aspie or nt. If they have a great personality,
that good enough for me.

Aspie. That's not to say that, if hell was to freeze over and an NT girl was to ask me out, I would turn her down because she's NT, but the chances of it working out seem very slim. Aspies may have their own quirks, but at least I can understand those. The quirks of NT girls would just drive me insane! So an aspie girl is pretty much my only chance. :) It's probably best if she's only mildly aspie, like me, or even a cuspie - not diagnosable, but "close enough".

Not at all. Sure, the chances of meeting an NT girl are higher, but you cannot infer that the chances of dating one are higher unless you assume that the chances of dating are the same for each girl you meet. Clearly that's not true as you'd be more compatible with some than with others.

I would rather date an aspie, or someone with a neurological difference.
I've kind of sworn off NT guys for the time being, so he'd have to be a pretty amazing guy for me even consider it.
Most of the NT guys I've met so far can't be trusted and are just plain mean (or stupid in some cases). :(
I would like to find someone who's understanding, trustworthy, and has similar interests. :)

Some aspies can be jerks. It's rare for me to be one, but it's 1) rare for me to be one and 2) I usually confess and apologize. I haven't sworn off NTs entirely. I know of NTs with a family member with an ASD who wouldn't look the other way about dating someone with an ASD (albeit someone fairly high functioning). Sure, it's one thing to have an ASD, but for a NT to get to as close as you can to knowing what it feels like to have an ASD is unbelievable. That's an NT I could date.

I am married to an NT, and mostly it works out great. Our strengths and weaknesses balance each other out well most of the time. It helps that he is hugely patient and tolerant of most of my quirks, and although he pushes me a little bit so I don't turn into a hermit, he also knows he has to give me time to myself or I will explode.

Occasionally I think it would be nice to be with an Aspie, I wouldn't get dragged out to social things against my will, and maybe I wouldn't have moments where there is just a complete brain translation failure. But then on the other hand, if I was with an Aspie I might be forced to take my turn to do the grocery shopping 8O
