I think if you don't want to date an AS woman that you are completely in your right to do so, I wouldn't date most AS men. I would be friends with them, though. It's hard to know, I guess if that person had AS and really clicked with me I wouldn't mind, but most of the guys I have met with it have just ended up being good friends. If NT women appeal to you, go for it! There are more of em anyways! :)

At least with most women you don't have to literally clean up their crap.

Besides, I'm lonely, I need another human to talk to.

You got it backwards. Four times as many guys are disgnosed with AS than women. Though its probably underdiagnosed in girls. The real ratio might be 2 to 1, or even close to even. But there is no way that you saw it written that 'more women have it than men'.


I figured he had a dyslexia attack and mixed the two words, I've done that.

Dating AS/AS might be problematic for many people, if only because if the partners are too alike, they would both try to be in control all the time; either they would have to find a way around that or else be different types of AS. Certainly some of us are very quiet and shy, while others are quite extroverted. For two similar types it could work if they have a really good understanding as friends before becoming lovers and are old enough to work out a strategy for coping with it.

I would love to be in an AS/AS relationship once I am on the market again. The main reason would be that I would dearly love to partner with a woman who I am on the same wavelength with; somebody I don't have to "pretend to be normal" with. Apart from two rare exceptions, I have never felt that way with any NT woman and even one of those was very eccentric so not a typical NT.

So while dating an AS woman would not be for everybody, it is certainly my goal in life :)
