Ladies does fat on guys really matter that much?
Breakfast: 8 oz of plain, fat-free yogurt with fruit, flaxseed meal, almonds, and sweetened with stevia. Cup of unsweetened herbal tea.
Snack: Muffin or piece of bread & jam. Cup of unsweetened tea.
Lunch: Sandwich with whole multi-grain bread (gluten free for me), lunch meat, cheese, lettuce, and mustard. One piece of fruit like an apple or peach. Side of chips, carrots, or olives. Cup of unsweetened tea or Zevia soda.
Dinner: This is where the splurging happens. Take-out or restaurant for Mexican, Thai, Indian, pizza, burgers, sushi, etc. Always with vegetables either in the entrée or as a salad. Glass of alcohol.
It looks like you start the day good but slowly spiral downwards as they goes on...
Replace the muffin or piece of bread with a couple of bananas for energy, try getting an instant oats or waxy maize powder that you can drink, the carbohydrate uplift should replace the muffin.
Replace your sandwich, get rid of the unhealthy sauces, lunch meat, olives and cheese, a bowl of lentil and vegetables are all I have for lunch. As for dinner, you really need to get into the habit of not eating out and have something prepared, it takes ten minutes to cook a bowl of Quinoa which is a great substitute for potatoes, you also could try fish and use plenty of herbs to give it flavoring.
Well as for alcohol, you need to cut down on that a lot.
I was mostly posting to show a different form of "normal" food as someone requested. It represents a way for people to eat healthful foods without giving up everything they like. I weigh 105 pounds on a "fat" day, and my exercise consists mostly of house renovations like sanding woodwork and digging ditches. My husband weighs 145 pounds and bikes to work most days. We get take-out because I don't like cooking, especially after doing manual labor for 6-8 hours. Husband doesn't get home until 8:30, and he picks up food on his way home, swinging it from his bike handles.
The muffin I usually eat is Flax 4 Life. SOOOO tasty! The bread is gluten-free multi-grain. Bananas are the devil.

ETA: You did mention fish, so pescetarian rather than vegan.
High protein, low fat is my diet, i live on fish, lentils, vegetables and tuna. Although that may seem mundane, i focus on muscle recovery, my veins are popping out all over and i train six times a week doing around a thousand repetitions per workout over many variations of exercises.
I tend to avoid anything with fats in, my partner tells me to eat nuts and said i need some healthy fats from nuts or meats but I fear i will lose my eight pack or lose performance. I'm very self conscious and aware so it may be more to do with my obsessive mindset and strive to achieve my goals.

Ive actually been thinking about this the past few days, i thought it was relevant to this topic; if im really fit, as in a good physical shape, will it scare off the "chubby" guys?
The title of your post annoys me though, as it suggests that fat on guys matters less than on women. I have no idea about it, but i think that girls and guys have equally high demands for future partners.

I am 20-30 pounds over my ideal weight I have a belly, but I am not super big like other guys, I am tall so I'm sure that has to do with it. I know a guy who is shorter and weighs more then me.
though if I find a woman pretty shes likely out of my league. I read a bunch of women's profiles who are fit and they almost always want a fit guy. so I just cry then hid the thin women profiles.
I can make them smile, laugh and happy, but the end of the day I'll be seen as more then a friend.

what do you consider normal stuff and what is sh***y stuff?
sh***y stuff for me would be: Rarely any vegetable dishes, only stuff like Pizza, ... every day. Nothing bad about a Pizza one a week, but the majority of your meals should be normal foods. When a partner insisted on eating sh***y stuff all the time, then you always needed to do two separate meals, which sucks as well.

I am poor so I eat poorly, some might consider normal food 5 star restaurants, others food make from scratch as in they grow it make their own wheat etc. to some it might be fast food.
vegetarians might consider anything non vegia sh***y, organic people similarly
all my food is bought at walmart usually. I use a lot of processed foods, as fresh meat and cheese cost a lot and doesn't last long. I try my best though

I don't eat any vegetarian dishes. I also rarely eat fruits and vegetables, I try to eat peas, green beans or corn when I can though. these are the only ones I can't eat. fruit is limited to apples, bananas and grapes, sadly due to flys I can't keep any in house.
I don't mind cooking two meals I have to for my sister anyways. I prefer variety even with my pickiness.

Exact recipes for normal food will depend on the area you live on, but simply everyday "traditional house-mom food", whatever that means in your area. Caring to buy healthy ingredients and cooking, see that you have in the end a balanced diet about nutrition, including vitamins, proteins, ... What exact recipes that may be, will depend on where you live, because that will have impact on what kind of ingredients are available to you. And "in the end" means, that there is nothing bad about a pizza or a burger once a week, but in exchange for that, there should be healthier meals as well. You cant really generalize that. So your saying that your sister eats lots of Pasta. That can mean anything: Is it instant Pasta with some kind of flavor-powder. Then there is not much nutrition in it. Is it pasta with an fresh tomato-herb sauce, and a fresh salad with herb dressing as a side dish? Then you have a good mix of calories (from the pasta) and vitamins from the sauce and the salad.
When it comes to OliveOilmom, I would not consider it crappy, so you see, she puts a lot of effort into it. Personally for me, there would be too much fat and sugar in it, but it also depends about for whom that food is. If you are a woodchopper, you definitely need another kind of diet, as if you are an office worker, that sits 90% of the day. On the days, when I am only in the office, and not visiting my building sites, I think the breakfast would fill me all day. ^^
never meet anyone here that goes thru all that effort,I was the only person I have known to count calories. i'ved never had anything cooked from scratch. everything is bought from store, we buy meat and then use a box meal to add the sauce and such.
we have homemade lasagna once every few months, but even then the noodles are from a box, the sauce is prego, the cheese comes in a bag etc. I never met someone that cooks from scratch except that girl I talked to from Iowa who said she made noodles from eggplants.
I geuss when i hear homemade I think making your own grain from wheat etc.
I don't make my own pasta but I do make my own sauce. NEVER use oven ready pasta for one though, it'll suck up all the sauce. Use regular lasagne and boil it first then put it together. I don't always cook from scratch but I do most times. I never make a cake from a mix or anything, it's always scratch.

However, I've talked to/met both guys & girls that are in good-to-great shape who are only attracted to fat guys. My point is that there are all types of people out there and all types that are/aren't attracted to them.
Since there are all types of women who are attracted to fat guys, I assure you that being fat is not that only reason you're without a girlfriend. Chances are it's more to do with your personality, behavior, confidence, and other things.

I believe they are out there, but likely in the minority. It doesn't seem they are on dating sites and why would they there's probably 20 fat guys to every one woman who finds them attractive. they have tons of choices without needing to go online to find them.
however at least in my area, skinny athletic guys are not as common, where as we have a over abundance of thin women. probably why most online daters here are thin women looking for but not finding thin guys. I won't dive into the percentage of thing guys that are as*holes or just after sex, I couldn't geuss but most the thin women list that the guys they've met has been those types.
I really do intend to do studies if I ever win the lottery I think it would be fun. as is I could only use comparing online profiles and cl ads.

So her wanting you to be attractive in her eyes is a deal breaker huh? What about showering and brushing your teeth, cause thats something you have to do at least on a daily basis.

For example, there was a dude (which WP failed to post the image of) who has such big moobs that he wears a bra and there was a medical emergency because he lost a turkey sandwich under his flab overhang, then after a month it had festered so much that it was causing problems.
I would say that was likely to be an issue for most women, yeah....

I don't shower and brush my teeth to attract girls. I do those cause I want to.
I'd rather have a girl who finds me attractive how I am then one I have to change myself for her to find me attractive.
same seems to go for women. It would be insulting to say have a girl get breast enlargements for guys to find or attractive.
so yeah if she is like I love everything about you but that you are a little fat,so you need to become thin to be with me, I would be like ok nice knowing you. if I ever become a twig it will be for me not others.
talked to this lady on a dating site once she smokes. I asked if she used any gum or mints afterward. she told me smoking is apart of who she is , she won't change who she is to be with a guy.
My boyfriend is certainly not thin, but he's more proportioned so it looks alright, he's not ugly or anything, or at least not as ugly as his relatives X) He has long hair so I'm fine with it. However, I am concerned about how it affects his health more than how it affects his appearance.
Thinner boyfriends or boyfriends with more muscle are overrated anyway.
Most ladies don't like fat guys and find them as losers who don't take care of them selves they prefer buff guys who are healthy and such because they are fit and take care of selves!

I find that older women like men, specifically those with kids. The younger ones in my area atleast go for the "pretty boys", skinny, long hair, eyeliner. I'm nothing like that. I've been skinny and weak, I've also been fat and unhealthy to the point where I had sleep apnea. Now I'm finally in shape, but many would consider me "Too big".
