I would define high-tier as having a middle-class income, a reasonable amount of charisma so you can go out and socialise, an outgoing and entertaining personality, a sense of fairness and a physically attractive body.
I currently meet these criteria. However, I did not always meet these criteria. For the majority of my 20s I fell woefully short. I was very shy, unemployed or in low paying jobs, and I weighed 300 lbs.
I was only able to escape from this pit through years of difficult self-improvement.
Some people should just emigrate to India, where they have a caste system.

What do you mean?
He knows what I mean, no need to elaborate it further.

What do you mean?
In Hinduism someone being born rich is a reward for being good in the previous life; and someone being born poor is a punishement for being bad... in the previous life.
So a rich who was born poor there from a poor family may still face some discrimination by some.

No, I just mean that if they enjoy looking down on people of a different social extraction they might enjoy a country with an actual caste system.

Relationships require care and long term maintenance to keep them alive and healthy.
It's not like a Skyrim marriage.
Also if you tried to be a certain person in order to get a relationship, then revert back to something else after it's official, it will inevitably fail. Again, they're not like video games (think Mass Effect where you have multiple choice options for dialogue).

That is an extremely good point!!
