I haven’t gained or lost anything despite walking 20-30 miles a week for about 6 weeks. I stayed in the low 80s (182 pounds in terms of kilos after going down to the upper 70s (173 pounds) because I had COVID.

I am almost never sarcastic.
And when I am, it is usually followed by: <vitriolic sarcasm>

Nope,
Just joking.

I'd be impressed if he can get his foot up there twice. I mean, I can't even give my brain a boot, let alone follow up with a reboot.

Good luck with the TMS it is worthwhile .

maybe only for the already single.

for those already in relationships...well, we may be seeing a mini-coronavirus "baby boom" several month from now.

Yup,
That is my best guess.
Babies made through boredom.

2 things it is important to distract yourself with anything, even just doing chores.... Next find someone worse off and figure out how to help them ?
Even if its just in your own mind .. just my thought.

Yup.
Same deal when you lose a pet.
Keep your mind active in other areas,
And avoid situations that bring you down.

I nice amount of walking, or a similar light exercise, would be beneficial.
If you have a goldfish, take it for a walk.
