Okay thanks, good points. Do you think it would look bad to co-workers or managers more so because of our age gap, if it were to come out? I'm 37 and she's 21. But does that make it look worse, or do people not really care, as long as neither person in the couple is complaining about anything?

Most of the time, people don't give two craps about age if both are consenting adults. She's a worker in the company, like you're a worker in the company.

If you were a worker in a company, and she was a college student, the impression would be different, though still not drastic.
