Lol, I don't think Gwenevyn has blood red hair, rather it was a comment on how I've been very vocal about my dream girl, and how she always has long, flowing blood red hair. It's a rather horrible preference that I really wish I could let go of...I mean, seriously, how many girls are there who've dyed their long hair crimson? Not a whole lot...some, yeah...but not a whole lot..... >.<

That is correct! Some of my photos give the illusion that there is a bit of red in my hair, but it is just the lighting. I was simply remembering what Veresae had said in the past.

Maybe the thing to keep in mind is that a dream girl is just that: a dream girl. We all come across people who we wouldn't have thought of as "our type" and then we find ourselves nevertheless deeply attracted. ....or don't we? :P I do, anyhow.

PS: If you darling young men wouldn't mind editing my name out of your posts, I'd be very grateful. I don't mind if regular posters know my name, but I am worried about casual passers-by. I have very pressing reasons to maintain a bit of privacy.

I have an Aspie friend back in Houston who meets my ideal as far as looks go (she looks almost like a swimsuit model).

Well, it may be a surprise in the short term but when you look at em a bit longer its usually pretty easy to figure out why. Biggest factor - they can see the best in you and you in them, differences of common interests roll away like water in the face of that (and mutual respect and open-mindedness cuts through that anyway).

Dark eyes
No glasses
Does'nt smoke
Is an artist in some way that would'nt be competitive ( nix sculpture or film)
can sew really great
Cooks healthy low fat foods
Likes outdoor adventure
Dresses feminine but not "sexy"
Either doesnt talk to her parents or her parents are awesome
nice diet of high brow reading with a dash of geek junk food on occasion

True. For me, the "dream girl" is just a bit of fun for those of us men who have given up. :P But again, I'm just speaking for me, not all men. Sometimes I forget that I NEED to give up.

Yeah, for a guy that has made it a point not to have a relationship again... you sure do post in the love and dating forum a lot...

I appreciate the effort anyways...

Yes. I like what you say there. I can't help but to think there is more to it than that, even, but I am not sure I could articulate what exactly that would be. So this will do! :)

Alas, I'll never successfully remove the romance from my blood.
Is that what is known as a "hopeless romantic"?

Maybe, but hopeless romantics don't give up until they are much older.

I think I'm walking down the hopeless romantic path myself...

I'd say to count me in, but I believe I am a hopeful romantic! Recent events are most discouraging, but I shan't allow this to stop me. Press onward, soldiers!
