It's a dirty word to most women even these days, which is a very sad thing

You don't know anything about me, don't throw out these assumptions.
You're simply discussing one small issue of society with me.
Perhaps you would like to discuss the issues raised by consumerism in popular culture? How consumerism has become the new ideology of the north american public, nearly a pseudo-religion of sorts?
How about the concept of enjoyment interpreted by Lacanian psychoanalysis, as an injunction, the "call" to enjoy - the superego?
Perhaps you would prefer to discuss mainstream culture in terms of theology? In terms of the patriarch structure of the judeo-christian ideology which directly opposes the true purpose of a self-ruling 'democracy'...
Maybe in terms of politics then, and the illusion of choice propagated to the american public by the mainstream media?
Don't start with me, and don't assume you know anything about me. I dumb myself down around here, there's no need to refer to concepts and ideas outside of the grasp of the "average" to make a point when it's so terribly simple..
I get it, alright? I struck a nerve because you don't feel like you're "feminine". Your self esteem is not my burden, so get out of my face.

No, you're just a rude, judgemental person who doesn't like being challenged about their unpleasant attitude

I wouldn't want to even discuss the weather with you

And considering you're so keen to demonstrate how supposedly widely-read you are it's a pity some of it didn't sink in

you talk about patriarchal structure when your attitude typifies it

I don't recognise any patriarchal structure on this board no matter how much you want to try and reinforce it

Calling someone ugly and a misogynist is not "challenging their unpleasant attitude".
Were you expecting me to get more pleasant after that?
You should be checking yourself.
I hate small talk anyway, not that you'd have anything to contribute to a real discussion from the looks of it.. :?

It didn't sink in because you're full of s**t and just out to use me as a scapegoat for all the comments you've gotten in your life that you look "masculine", and really your only purpose is to piss me off with all these personal attacks, well mission accomplished.

My attitude is patriarchal? You have no f*****g clue what you're talking about... patriarchal structure on this board? I didn't realize this board was representative of democratic politics and could display the opposition of judeo-christian patriarchy..... just..... wow.

I'm done.

Wow, not content with the mysogyny now we get prejudice against people with learning disabilities too, taking a convenient swipe at people with autism via the word 'ret*d' too

You really know how to push the boat out when it comes to intellectual debate!

All that reading's done your mind a power of good!

I never expect pleasantness from people like you; that's highly unrealistic - I just enjoy putting you in your place

This isn't an intellectual debate, you have nothing intellectual to bring to the table.
It's clearly a joke, and it's clearly in bad taste.. but I really don't care, because I'm talking to one.

I wrote out a longer response, but I'll just let you have the satisfaction of believing you've "put me in my place", because clearly you're more intelligent and wise than I am.. arguing with someone half your age on the internet over a comment about how a woman whom we'll never meet looks like a man.

I've got more intellect than you'll ever have and this is what is riling you so much as you keep thinking you're going to get the last word

I thought you said 'I'm done'?

Yes your comment about that woman in the video does sound pretty infantile, I'll certainly agree with you on that

Most want someone very pretty who agrees with them all the time, even when they're talking rubbish!

I think that's a good answer to sum it up. Anything. And My Little Pony. Guys dig that.

I have a list written out of things I would deem important, or preferable in a partner.
I would type it up, but it'll just start another s**t storm around here.

The question is.. why would anyone want to be like Pitbull?

Gee, why would anyone want to be someone that makes his entire living as a world renowned "artist" and performer just off a sense of charisma and machismo with no actual talent besides those things?

I don't know, that's why I asked.

It's not fair to answer a question, with another question.

I Jeopardy answered it.

Anyway. Because it'd be sweet to have multitudes of people like you based solely upon you being "cool" and not having to actually work hard besides being "cool." We all work to be admired in life in some way. Some people want to actually contribute to the world, like scientists, architects, etc. Some people want to leave their mark like Pitbull, and leave crap behind as a legacy because in the short term it'll benefit them and even in the longterm people may look back and go admire Pitbull for his ability to get women and be "cool."

I went and looked him up.. and while morally he seems pretty thin.. he at least is a consummate showman. After all it looks like, due to a Facebook campaign, he went and did 3 shows at a Kodiak Alaska Walmart of all places.. I mean that's gotta be the most interesting thing to happen in Kodiak Alaska.. probably in forever. I just don't want to say he "Doesn't work hard" when I imagine he actually spends a LOT of time working on being "Pitbull" rather than whoever he really is..

OK, Pitbull does have a good work ethic for promoting Pitbull. I'll give credit where credit is due.

And yes, the Alaska thing is hilarious. I'm glad he kept true to his word at least, that he'd do a show wherever people sent him.

I'll give credit where credit is due are lyrics from Back In Time.

I can't wait till I do Zumba. I do hope the instructor puts 99% Pitbull music. Ok I'm going to take a break now. :)

I think a lot of men don't even know what they want. Making lists is rather a simplistic way to go about it, because some things, like chemistry and love cannot be defined in adjectives. But of course we all have ideals.

Some of mine have gone straight out of the window though
