no its a tool like a hammer, its how you use that tool that makes it good or bad. You can use a hammer to hid a nail and you also use a hammer to hid a person with. Negging is basically using hypnotic fractionation as a weapon to cosh women subconsciously into having sex.

If you want a place which worships white men try a 3rd world country or one of a very different culture.. A lot of awkward guys I know have had success in Asia for example.
