I've been called handsome a few times but not in a few years. I do not think I'm unattractive if I wasn't losing my hair & I'm wearing nice cloths & looser shirts that cover scars on my arm. I think the average person would find me fairly unattractive if they see me naked thou

And thats a big or. I fill this category up like water in a bucket. Always hear nice things yet no takers. So either they lie, which is likely, or they are genuine but just not attractive, which is also likely.

Or maybe they genuinely like the look of you but have other reasons for not wanting to pursue something

Girls see me attractive when I am shirtless/on beach.

They usually do not when I am in my regular geek-looks.

Glass-girls aside, the recent dates asked me why I don't wear contacts or do an operation to get rid of my glasses.

Some buddies had advised me of getting rid of the geek-looking (aka the glasses) as the first thing to do to increase attraction, I thought they were being silly but apparently they were very right.

What kind of frames do you wear? If lasik isn't an option and you don't like contacts, stylish frames can be a good option.
I don't know what is popular where you are. Here a lot of people wear the big black rectangle frames and I think they look really good.

I don't wear my glasses in public either. If I go to the movies or something I just bring them in my pocket in their case, and only wear them during the show.

Yes. I honestly do. I wear glasses all the time though, and not very flattering ones. I think I subconsciously (or perhaps consciously) make myself less attractive than I could be because I don't want to date someone shallow who will leave me if I skip a day of showering or don't shave on a weekend,.

50/50... Though I don't feel that glasses spoil my look.

Don't heavier are typically geekier-looking? I think they do.

I'm rather physically attractive, but my little quirks are of an unique taste that only few women seem to favor.

Ok ladies and gay dudes. I've resisted asking this up 'til now, but it's brutal honesty time. How do I look?

I've not quite mastered the whole "having facial expressions" thing.

and yes, it matters, what I've learned about attraction is this:
1 woman's opinion about your physique = very likely to represent the majority of women. Same for guys.
