Why do women care so much about a mans height?

I tend to date guys taller than me as I'm average height for a British woman. My current partner is 6'7 and that's far too tall. However, if the right smaller guy came along I'd probably give it a go.

I was just going to say that.

I prefer men who are taller than me. I also want a guy who is bigger than me and stronger. It feels attractive. My husband meets that criteria. If I was a 6 foot woman or 5 '11' I wouldn't have a choice but to date a guy a couple inches talker than me since only a few guys are over 6 '1'.

Well that's just silly.Everyone knows you can tell that by hand size.lol

I'm short and all my boyfriends were medium or short but taller than me - which isn't hard at all. Never seen tall guys more attractive. Maybe I just didn't want to need a stepladder for kisses.

Seriously every guy I dated with smaller hand sizes, regardless of physical height, tended to be small. The big hands tended to be very well hung. Maybe I just go really lucky/unlucky or I decided to date a lot of outliers

I can't speak for others, but the less a guy makes me feel like a massive fat swamp monster the better. It's less about the guy being short, more about how I feel about myself. If I was short and slight of build, I probably wouldn't care.

So I tend to go for tall fat people because I feel more comfortable dating them.

I don't care about height. I've never dated anybody shorter than me before, but that's mostly just because the chance never presented itself.

One of my autie grandsons is over 7 feet tall, and his height does indeed seem to function very efficiently as a babe magnet to an unusual degree.

One of my friends is 6ft2 and weighs 280 pounds and is saught of popular with the ladies.

He was actually quite pleased recently how he slimmed down too 280 pounds.

My preferred partner height is about 5'8" or 5'9" and I think it has to do with the fact that my high school sweetheart was that height. Interestingly enough, I rather enjoyed being taller than him in heels. It made me feel like a super model. Funny. Attraction is weird. My guess on why girls date guys that are taller than they are is that it makes them feel "safe" to sort of fit under their arm. I did meet a guy online once who was about 5'6". I really liked him but he broke it off because I was taller than him and it made him feel uncomfortable. I remember saying, "I don't care..." and he said, "I do."

What was he before?

I’m 6’3-4” and was 280 now down to 260 long way to go to 200 still. He must have a attractive face. My height doesn’t help me and people here say I’m obese

His face wouldn't look as attractive if he lost a lot more weight.
