It can be attractive, but the vast majority of women can't pull it off. Alyssa Milano and Natalie Portman look great with short hair... Emma Watson does not. Just IMO anyways.

It makes women look even more feminine to me now, I don't know specifically what it is. I guess it could be in the animal kingdom, how male animals often have more elaborate appearances. I started to realize how arbitrarily assigned gender stuff was. Like long hair seems masculine to me, and short hair seems feminine to me.

So basically I see guys with short hair and it seems feminine. I see girls with long hair and it seems masculine.

Neither of which is unattractive.

I like things that highlight people's features, or are unique. Short hair can do so rather well. I personally like it due to the confidence it sends a subtle message of.
