I can understand that... I really can... I am just incredibly stubborn and refuse to be defeated by my own weakness and fear... which leads to some issues on its own.

I do. I talk to the ladies all the time. Talking to the ladies is easy. making friends with the ladies is easy.
But getting one to date me, that's a whole another level.

us ''nice eccentric/weird autism'' we don't date, we just make friends, and that all we can reach too.

Generally, I believe two or more people can do consensually whatever they want that only affects them, and if they feel comfortable being part of a relationship with more than two partners, and actually like it, then there is nothing wrong about that.

If they are willing to be friends with you, that's a great start. You probably just don't know how to flirt properly. Get one of your friends to teach you flirting lessons. That's what finally did it for me. I got great lessons from a lesbian friend of mine--someone who had been on both sides of the aisle-- and never looked back.

hey, at least you can make friends and not an ever-growing list of enemies. be thankful of that. be thankful that not everything that issues forth from your lips pisses people off royal. that is why i'm a hermit.

You have obviously not read my blog or seen my Vlog... I... well... I am weirder than most. It is a combination of aspieness, crippling social anxiety, and religious preference (I am Erisian, a follower of the grecco-roman goddess of mischief and chaos)... add that to a series of head injuries and I am a severely odd little duck...

I tried it. I'm not cut out for it.

My experience reminded me of a conversation I once heard about the Quran. It says a man may have as many wives as he can treat equally--some say this allows polygamy; others say it forbids it since two or more wives will never truly be treated in an equal way. The latter makes a great deal of sense to me.

I mean I don't feel like I could commit to one person, or ten people, but at the same time I sleep with some of my friends, and my friendships are similar enough to my relationships I've had, just no commitment to spending x-amount of time together.

I don't know. When I've been in a relationship, I've been pretty clear that I don't expect monogamy. I don't know. I find it all very confusing.

Was it a guy who sometimes goes by the name Jenner by chance? He lives in that area and is very involved in the scene. He's poly and also into some edgeplay.

I think being weird both limits my dating pool, but opens it up at the same time to an exclusive club of other weirdos.

Theoretically, as yet.

People who are pissed off by someone as benevolent and kind as you deserve to be pissed off. They're practically pissing themselves off.

No, his name is Dave, he goes by Dav Oh. You're on my facebook friends, you can find him on there, he's listed as Dav Oh.
He's total eye-candy, too. His girlfriend is really beautiful too. I hope I get to hang out with them AS SOON as I get up there. :D

It's supposed to be Einstein as a mouse. I used to have cute avatars of cute animals, then I just went down the arty/disturbing route, much to OliveOilMom's dismay.
