Not me. I can’t “use my autism to my advantage.”

I wouldn’t get satisfaction anyway if I did “use my autism to my advantage.”

People can manipulate and control others however they want whether they're male or female.
That doesn't make it a good thing.

Oh I didn't think it was manipulation if the person was honest. I thought if the guy was saying girls don't want him because he is autistic, in order to appeal to her pity. I didn't think he was lying.

I didn't think I was lying, when I encouraged a woman to take advantage of me either, and thought I was being honest about my feelings.

"they will have sex with him out of pity ..."

Whether it's lying or not, it's manipulating their emotions for one's own gain.
Yes I suppose it's up to the woman if they understand what's going on.
I still think it's exploitative of autism.

There's no reason to feel sorry for someone who is autistic.

Oh I see. Well I guess I just thought that since a lot of people feel their autism is hindering them in the dating and sex, world, maybe it could work to turn that hindering, into something that can be used to an advantage instead.

Pity sex lowers the value system of both parties.

I hope your girlfriend doesn’t pity you, or you her. The relationship would be substandard. It wouldn’t be a satisfactory relationship.

That's true, but if an autistic guy can only get pity sex, is it best to take what one can get still?

Nope....I'd rather have no sex at all.

Even when I was having trouble getting dates, the last thing I wanted was for some girl to go out with me out of "pity."

Sex, on its own, actually doesn't mean all that much to me. It's the intimacy, caresses, and communion with a woman which "does it" for me. I actually don't mind just cuddling with a woman; I find that to sometimes be just as good as sex with her. There are times when sex is an anticlimax.

Does your girlfriend know you're writing posts like this?
I thought she disliked your books and your mindset of "how to get laid" ?

I told her how I advised on here to perhaps do what the one guy I know does and try to make a person feel sorry for them for sex. Her reaction seemed neutral but also knows about that guy, from me, and kind of laughed at his efforts before.

Oh, how kind. thanks.

Well why do a lot of guys care less if a woman has autism compared to the other way around?

I doubt this is true.

(I’m currently waiting for a male poster to tell me how women ACTUALLY think.)

It just seems that more autistic guys talk about having a tougher time in dating compared to women, so I thought that might be the case therefore.

There are too many variables to suggest such a straightforward reason.

I think the sample size is too small and not sufficiently randomized.

More males are identified and could, thus, be more likely to appear on these forums and complain. We mustn’t confuse correlation with causation.

There’s confirmation bias, too.

Why not? I don't want to pretend that men and women have the same difficulty in acquiring sex, in a statistical sense.

In rural China, a "handicapped" daughter can be sold/given by parents to single men who are difficult to find a wife.
But a "handicapped" son needs to be bought a wife by his parents, usually a "handicapped" woman.
