well, mysteryfan - if you are out of their league and they are out of your league at the same time, id say there is not much ground gained for the idea of objective leagues, ne? id rather say that your incompatible. she looks for something else in a partner than you. to some, hair shade may play an all-important role, for whatever reason (or none at all), for other people, looks may not play a role at all, while others focus on traits that dont have anything to do with personality per se - like money or status... thats more an apples and oranges kind of talking, not a league kind of talking.

Wanna call me out, punk? :P

What the Hell are you guys talkin' about?!
Anyway LePetitPrince, be more specific bout what you're referring too^^

you know that physically you can't hide behind your finger ...ppl will still see and so when you deny something about yourself ppl would still you as you really are , and this expression can be applied also when you deny also about some fact.

I was referring to users here who are denying the existence of leagues in life and who said things like: "Nooo, leagues don't exist ...all ppl are ppl." , this in Lebanese is called 'hiding behind the finger' act (it's more an expression than just a saying) ,these people are denying the obvious which is the existence of 'leagues' in the dating world , leagues not only exist in dating world but even in everything else too . Hell,it even exists in the animal kingdom maybe only micro organisms don't have leagues.

It depends, If I was working like a mule all day I might end up to have a body temperature of 38 C but if I was working like a donkey ,like in most regular days, then no unusual heat.

But you're funny. :D

On a more serious note, as you have a master's degree... how old are you? I'd been assuming you were late teens or early twenties, from the avatar.

edit: I figure, as we're on an aspie site, I should probably clarify that yes, I've been kidding in the past couple posts.

I personally have no idea what my league is anymore or if I could consider myself to even have one. However, I really don't want a trophy partner - it just sounds like a lot of misery in the long term. If she just so happened to have the kind of personality to where she was with me for all the right reasons and I was with her for all the right reasons - that I could trust, any other way though I do know for sure that don't want to chase anyone who is going to drain me, be high maintenance, and definitely not someone who doesn't actively try to bring out the best in me.
