I absolutely love long hair on men, especially if it's curly and dark brown/black. I think it's best at around shoulder-length.

...is the most gorgeous thing EVER! A big percentage of my past crushes/love interests/play buddies have had long hair.
And the guy I'm dating now has these really sexy dreads!

I killed mine halfway through high school in the hopes that females would stop bothering me (see: many opinions in this thread)--it didn't work. I grew it long a few years ago, but I then killed it again as it bothered the hell out of me when compared to having none.

Anymyway, if someone only liked me for what I looked like (which has been nearly everyone, whether male or female and friendship or romance), I wouldn't want to have said person like me.

I love long hair on anyone and I'm growing mine out now :P

I've never understood why society wants guys to cut their hair short...longer is so much better.

Ugly, huh?

EDIT: The image is from 2002.

Holy crap, you look quite a bit like one of my favourite electronic musicians. You don't do music, do you? :D

Brian Eno? Because I think he looks like Brian Eno.

Here's mine. Sorry they arent the best pictures...or the largest. I dont know why this forum is giving me such a hard time making the pictures bigger. I made a whole thread about it, but people couldnt give me a simple direct answer...and in an aspie message board of all places.

By the way, any hair care tips? I want my hair to look like the shampoo models on TV. Ive asked girls back in high school and they never would give me a good answer (deja vu?). Its always "use conditioner" and it stops there. I use conditioner, I use shampoo, I straighten it (when I leave the house), and I let it air dry. What else do I need? Certain hair products? My hair is extremely thin, so that might effect it, but im sure theres something out there for me. My hair may look good in those pictures, but it looks so stringy and dry when I look in the mirror. Maybe im just anal...

If you have fine hair (like me), you might want to wash it a little less frequently than you do if you wash it everyday. Often fine hair is on the dry side, so washing it a little less can often make it look better.

When I wash my hair everyday it's either stringy or flyaway. Ugh. if I wash it every other day it looks and handles how I want it to (without hair products like gels and mousses).

Also, I find cheaper shampoos (you want either dry hair, volume, or extra body shampoo) like White Rain, Suave, Fructis, and Pantene work better than the fancy stuff.

Give it a try.

Thanks for the tips. you're right, my hair is on the dry side, but here is the weird part: If I skip washing it one night, it gets super flat and kind of oily. So basically, my hair will either by dry or oily and never inbetween. The ony time it is even close to in between (but still a little frizzy) is if I use an anti-frizz gel when my hair is damp, blow dry it, use a straightening/anti-frizz spray, then straighten it. My straightener is broken, so im out of luck.
It might be the shampoo im using thats causing my cunundrum. Right now, im using Tresemme and my conditioner is Garnier Fructis. I dont think ive used White Rain, Suave, or Pantene, so ill defenatly give those a try once I run out. My hair right now is actually ok except for the frizz, but it is summer after all.

So I guess I should do the anti-frizz and straightening thing, as well as shampoo and condition every other night? Ill need to straighten it on my non-shampoo nights only if I want it straight, but I guess I wont have to just to keep the frizz down.
