I lost my virginity when I was 18. I regret it.... it was with my ex-boyfriend but I didn't really love him, we were going through many problems, and I many wanted to have sex because everyone else was and I felt pressured. It honestly didn't live up to expectations either. It wasn't very good.

Please don't feel pressured to lose your virginity to just anyone. I wish I had waited, until I was with my current boyfriend. Age really doesn't matter.

it wasn't a person I "love" or whatever, nor a person I'm dating (never dated anyone either), but it was a friend I've known for a while and trust/am comfortable with who is understanding that I had no idea what I was doing, so it was really good ! And the few times since then have also been good.

I'm a virgin by choice though guys have wanted to have sex with me. Since I've kept my virginity for so long (relatively speaking) I want my losing it to be meaningful and in a loving relationship. I have yet to find that relationship.
