You can, but you'd have to become more able to identify those women that would put out (without risk to yourself) and look more at what messages they send out, whether they are real or false ones and so on. It can easily be done but it isn't pleasant and you also have to identify times when you need to back off.
I could take you places where you could very easily get laid. You just have to pretend to be someone else. But I won't do it, as it's really deceptive and not nice.
The ones that will put out for just about anyone tend to be either desperate or manipulative (there's a difference between having a high sex drive and being sexually promiscuous and desperate for attention) and desperate women tend only to have their sexuality to attract attention. That isn't good.
