This was directed at men in here who are all "women only want HOT men" "women only want RICH men".
All women partaining from a
small sample, given that not every male will have access to all women in the world. Then they could pretty much say all women in their own experience, or all women they've met.
Now, what you say is true, however, wether this is the majority or the minority is another issue, given that this seems a special case relating to life experience those involved. So that doesn't seem to do that much here, unless we get some statistical numbers I suppose, and if it turns out a minority, then we have nothing but the same. Not that I'm not the one who claims "all women" are like that, if I think that, I realise, it isn't best to say it out loud, especially here
Now, I think that likely the majority of women, AND MEN, (yeah not everyone, but the number is quite important) want someone physically attractive as a priority, and likely the first characteristic from their list. What comes later, it depends. I for one, I pressume that the average Joe and Jane is "shallow" in some fashion (and what shallow means exactly?).
About gold digging, maybe not that much necessarily, but certainly socioeconomic factors seem as important as looks, or perhaps even more, as I think that the socioeconomical position is something they look for, more certainly the poor has less of a chance if they are interested in someone with a different social status. As I think the tendency for a middle-class woman is either wanting someone with the same socioeconomic status or above, but hardly below, for a serious relationship.
Jono Lancaster' case (and good for him) seems unique, but this tends to create some sort of false hope, for the rest of us.
