Maybe if the Aspie and the poet from that series were to try some PUA stuff, it might help.

I did it recently and wound up getting a date out of it. Looks like there's something to it after all.
nothing is going to help the poet he looks horrible an wears velcro

Confidence can make a man feel ten feet tall.

If that's not enough for him, give him a guitar or a drum set. He'll get a lot of tail if women think he's in a band.
i wholeheartedly disagree
confidence is gonna help justin as well right? The guy with neurofibramatosis who could only find an old cat lady to go on one date with?

Shane had more confidence than I do, and I bet most on this board. He asks random hot girls if he can read them poetry. Be honest with yourselves; if someone pointed a gun to your head and told you to read poetry to 20hot girls on the beach do you think it'd e easy? It wouldnt for me to even read it to 1 lol.

some guys are destined to be lonely and miserable.

keyword is feel 10 feet tall not actually be ten feet tall. You can feel smart al you want but you won't be getting into mensa anytime soon same with this.(that example was a general one not specific to you)

Hookers give you one-dimensional and mechanical sex. They do not cure your loneliness, they do not validate you and they do not give you intimacy. Regular one-night stands provide all of the above, aprart from the fact that they do not cure your loneliness.

yah, if i could get a one night stand it would not cure my loneliness but it would make me feel better about being alone. It would show me that it is possible to have a future without lonliness. even if I had unlimited money and could hire my own private hooker that didnt just have1 0 penises in her before she got to me, the fact is she is not with me because I make her horny, she is with me so that she can have money to go to a kesha contest with her Boy Friend

Girls on the other hand, usually need only show up, look reasonably put together, and not look like they have a pistol pointed at you.

I think its difficult to tell who actually makes the first move.

Arguably, women do signal their interest with body language, however this gives plausible deniability. The male on the other hand has to make an approach where rejection is a "public option" without plausible deniability. I think it's quite obvious who carries the risk.

that blog article brings an insight why men might have it harder (in getting dates) in general:
