Refining eyebrows here (a homophobic culture) means homosexuality or at least affeminity, I dunno if it's the case everywhere. What I know that straight males here never refine eyebrows fearing they would be seen as homosexuals.

Interesting,my son plucks the center of his, fear of a slight unibrow. It's got to be vanity because I never really noticed those hairs.Men around here are kind of macho, but there are some who are really persnickety about their looks. And they are straight.Once he had some blemishes,I told him I could get rid of those with the mineral makeup,he let me apply it, and was pleased with the results. And if he's going out on a date he's real fussy about his clothes.

I think it might. I think looking into a person's eyes is almost like reading a story. I find that a lot of aspies get complimented on their eyes, maybe for the deep, thoughtful intensity that a lot of aspies have. I get complimented on my eyes sometimes as well. They're probably my best feature.

Smaller well-groomed eyebrows look good if the person has large eyes because the eye size compensates for it. And besides over-sized big bushy eyebrows often have an "old-geezer" look to them.

That’s funny. I don’t know what’s the point of refined eyebrows, even for women. Whenever it’s apparent that part of their natural area has been shaved, it looks disturbing to me.

I've never met a woman with unrefined eyebrows in real life.

I find people (women mostly, men are traditionally far too afraid of calling their sexuality into question) commenting on my eyes, even interrupting normal conversation, indeed sometimes staring for a fairly protracted period of time, an odd reversal of roles for an autistic.

x100 if you have Echolalia.

Seriously, I think the reason Aspies have beautiful eyes is because they are pure unblemished souls - who have no impure thoughts. Nothing sinful or evil ever enters their minds.

nice words :) unless they have mental problems

I think you may be right their I get it all the time and it's the only time I believe them cause everything else about me sucks which suits me just fine as I'm not looking to court any one :D

People sometimes say that I have nice eyes, but I don't think they're anything special. They're small and squinty. I use them in my artistic photographs and they can look cool in those, but that's a lot more to do with how I use the camera than the eyes themselves (if you look at standard photos of me taken by other people they don't look particularly great).

I think they look stunning

My eyes only look pretty when I'm genuinely smiling. I'm not bullshitting either. I've looked back at my photos and it's true. This is why fake smiles don't work for me and make me look creepy - my eyes still look pissed off.
