It is not the quality or the quantity of sex partners that makes a man an 'Alpha' - it is the 'Alpha' status that increases the quantity and quality of a man's sexual partners. Status first, then sex.

Alpha males usually achieve their status by means of superior physical prowess - that is, they defeat through combat and/or intimidate all other males within the group. This intimidation may be achieved with threats, posturing, or with simply being better at providing for the females of the group than any other male.

Having sex with 100 undesirable woman only means that you have had sex with 100 undesirable women - only this, and nothing more.

To be honest, I am more impress if a woman* has sleep with 100 guys than a guy who sleeps with a 100 women.
* ( excluding escorts and porn stars, and women who play the appproach roles)

A- men actually try to get laid and have a wide range of women they like
b- women usually wait around for a man to do all the approaching,
so if a woman can just sit around and is able to find enough ''stable'' men
to have sex with her, in my
book that is pretty good
c- but however, women with a high number of sex partners, I don't
know what percent of them only or mostly played the passive role
or how many played the aggresive role, or if it's an equal of both
d- and I don't include women who go to swingers club, sex club, use sex ads on the internet.

the one's with high number of partners, must be less picky than
the average women. because alot of women complain about having creepy guys
hitting on them.

so, in the end I am more impress with a women who only or mostly plays
the passive role that can get alot of sex partners
but not as much as women who mostly or only play the argessive role
or get sex from being escorts, going to swingers club,sex club, or from sex ads.

Again, I think the only logical way this would happen would be if the guy was a prostitute.

So why is it bad for women to play the aggressive role? I never understood this.

But it would depend on the guy.

Sex DOES kinda define alpha status to an extent-- let's say you have a guy who bedded 100 "beautiful" women. He'd be considered an alpha, even if he's got nothing else going for him other than looks or something.

Meanwhile, if the same man bedded 100 so-called "ugly" women, it would basically be something like "haha, this guy's kind of a loser since he has nothing going for him and can only get 'ugly' women into bed!"

But the second example is still far, far removed from the guys who never get any play at all. I mean a guy with power or money or whatever who can't get a girlfriend or at least a sex partner isn't really considered alpha. It's so weird. You'd think by the textbook definition, the third example WOULD be alpha. But times have changed.

Why would you be impressed? Do you have any idea how easy it is for women to get laid? Especially by ugly guys? You just smile and there they are.

In all seriousness, some gals would disagree about the ease-of-sex thing... but it depends on where they are and if they actually smile or snarl.

It does, but it's much weaker than elsewhere. The Bible mostly condemns women for working as paid prostitutes, but even then is amenable to several who gave up prostitution. The New Testament also attacks men who have multiple sex partners. In fact, one passage even condemns male sexual fantasies.

The Bible and other texts written by men have the same double standard against women, but it's much milder than the standards enforced by women against each other, which are vicious. Compared to the brutality with which women attack each other and spread slander and gossip about such things (so-called "slut shaming"), the Bible is child's play. Nothing in any text written by men compares to slut shaming.

LOL! That reminds me of the scene in the movie "Big" where the girl wants to spend the night with Tom Hanks and he says "You mean sleep over? OK, but I get to be on top!" talking about his bunk beds. The jammies on part I mean.

Oh, this goes way farther back than the bible or religious texts. Also, the stigma slapped onto women for sexual behavior in that religious text doesn't describe sluts.. it describes adulterous women (maliciously taking the man from a married woman) and prostitutes (in a much better light than the social stigma given to them by the societies that claim to follow said book).

What most don't realize is that many cultural/social norms come from very ancient sources. The arabic/muslim concept of women wearing the veil for example is from ancient sumeria. A married woman wore the veil so other men knew not to court her.

The caste system found today in India is not from India to begin with. The Aryan (Iranian/Persian) invaders brought that system with them as they lorded over India and when they vanished, Indian society had adopted it as a cultural norm and plugged it into their new belief systems (Hinduism).

Stoning a woman for adultery... a practice common in islamic, christian and jewish faiths at one point or another in time was also a little gift from the Aryans. Stoning was the punishment method reserved for serious crimes against one's own kin-tribe (family).

Slut-shaming is no different. It comes from a very ancient 'common sense' thing: A woman that sleeps around too much is a danger to women that may lose their hubbies to them. Today, be it in high school or much later that threat remains the same... women will attack other women with this character assassination technique.

The irony is, for a guy, to hear 'x' girl is a slut isn't exactly an 'omg I should stay away from her' thing. Quite the opposite.

I honestly think that if a girl wanted to do it with 100 different guys, without being the aggressor, she could. If any girl goes to just a regular bar and sits at the bar by herself and watches the band or something and is drinking her drink, and she's there for a couple hours to watch the show, she will get hit on by at least 4 or 5 guys. She doesn't even have to be very pretty, just clean and with her hair and makeup done so she looks like she makes an effort with her appearance.

Years ago, like maybe 20 years ago, when my husband would go out of town on the weekend to visit his parents and take our son and I had to stay home because I worked on the weekends I would be bored at night sometimes and go to the Nick to watch whichever band was playing. The Nick is not a sex club or anything like that, it's just a regular bar that has a live band on the weekend. I'd sit at the bar to watch the band and wait to see if maybe somebody I know came in and talk to them, and I'd get hit on almost every single time. There were times that I didn't but most of the time some guy would come up to me and start to talk to me and I'd start talking to them back and it took me a few minutes to realize that they didn't just want to talk about the band so I'd have to awkwardly tell them that I wasn't in the game, not there for a hook up, just to chill and watch the band but they were welcome to talk to me if they wanted. They usually did not. I wasn't dressed up either. I mean, it was the Nick. I wore jeans and a tshirt and tennis shoes. I had on normal makeup and usually had my hair pulled back. One thing about me though is that I have never worn a wedding ring. I used to when we first got married, but rings kind of bother me anyway and I was working at the hospital at that time and in the unit you had to take off your rings and pin them to your scrubs, so instead of that I would just leave it at home. I haven't worn one since and don't even have one anymore except for a cheap imitation one I bought myself at Wal Mart a while back because I thought I should probably wear one since other married girls do. I still don't wear it.

I'm sure that if I wanted to, even at my age, I could probably reach that number. I'm no beauty queen but it doesn't take much effort to be a slut, and that's really all I'd have to do. I don't want to do that and I can't imagine trying for that anyway. I only ever did anything similar to that once, and this was back when I was 17. I had already had sex and a bf for two years and broke up with him by then, and I really had the hots for this one guy who was part of the group I hung around in. My two best girlfriends had moved away and the only good friend I still had around was this guy. Me and him were pretty much best friends and I was "one of the guys" to him and we would sit around and talk and all like he does with guys. Well, I told him about me liking Chuck (not his real name) and he told me that Chuck was too shy to do anything and I'd never get anywhere with him. This was early spring when we had that conversation and I told him I bet that I could get Chuck in the sack by the end of the summer. We put money on it and shook on it. Thus began my pursuit of Chuck.

We rode around in my car and I'd laugh at his jokes. I'd let him pick the music we listened to. We would go to Krystal and sit there for hours and gorge ourselves on Krystal burgers. I'd sit in his room and listen to him play his guitar and tell him he was good. We would get some liquor and sneak down to his basement and get wasted and pass out. This went on for months. I'd try to sneak in some hand holding, but that didn't work. I tried wearing revealing clothing but that didn't work. One day, finally, we were in his room and his dad had left and it was just us, and he was very, very shy like I said. He was all nervous and didn't know where to look and couldn't sit still and he said he wanted to kiss me. AHA! So I said ok that I wanted him to kiss me, and he did and then he said "Oh God I can't do this, I'm sorry, you gotta go!" so I left. That was the only time anything like that ever happened. From what I hear he was a virgin till he was like 30 or something. He's straight too. Lots of girls had the hots for him and he couldn't hang out with them because they approached him like regular prey lol. He couldn't deal with that so being like a friend was the way I had to do that. It did not work though, so I paid up my money at the end of the summer.

But for real, any girl who wants to sleep with 100 guys pretty much can. Just go to the right places, smile, pretend to be interested in what they are talking about, laugh at their jokes, flirt, be agreeable, and there you go. You don't even have to be the one to come on to them. My best friend is pretty slu*ty (she even admits it) and she's done it with about that many. I'm not kidding. She will do it with anybody pretty much, especially back when she was on that s**t. I would honestly rather keep my number low, and I pretty much have so far and so therefore will from now on, but I know if I wanted to, I could.


ETA; You really only have to give them an opening - no pun intended. A couple of years ago when DH and I were having the worst of our problems, I would post on FB about the drama and how I wanted to get away from him. If I posted something like "OMG I have got to get away from him but I don't have anywhere to go!" just posting that as a comment, not fishing or anything, I would get 3 or 4 PM's with guys on my friends list saying "I'll come get you". Uh, no. That's not what I meant. Now, tonight I posted something about running away from home. That was an inside joke with another friend of mine and nobody has sent any PM's like that at all. I also have a much smaller friends list now than I did back then. I only have people on there now that I actually want to talk to. I don't friend people just to get a bigger number anymore. But that's exactly the way it started with Ole Boy. Facebook.

"Alpha" is a subjective description, not an objective thing. It indicates men who got priority, or first choice of what they wanted. Quantity would not be relevant to the description.

I think that if someone had sex with 100 people they must either really enjoy sex or really be trying to prove that they do, but I expect that it's possible for most people to have sex at least once a day with a random stranger, if they just stayed out in public for a lot of each day and asked each person they met. They would probably get assaulted often, and would probably get several STIs, but I think they could be successful at least twice a week for a year.

But I don't understand why someone would want to have sex with 100 people.

Not really.

Plenty of girls and males that Im familiar with go through periods of longterm dating and after that they hit the bars for one night stands for quite some time.
Since this is fairly common I assume that they all have some sort of success and they could all go through 100 people should they want to while turning to long term relationships once they get tired of one night stands.

The wonders of not having any sort of social awkwardness, they get to choose from a much bigger pool of people
