How I see it.

All you can really do is try dating. If someone isn't interested or you or you are not interested in them, that is how it goes.

Like I mean do you want to be with someone that doesn't want to be with you? If that happens they will probably make you feel like garbage and eventually breakup with you.

Also do you want to be with someone that you are not interested in? You will make them feel like garbage and eventually breakup with them.

Rejection is never nice, but for me it's way better for the rejection to happen initially rather than latter.

Sort of obvious stuff. :shrug:

The vast majority of fat people are fat because of them being lazy and overindulgent. Whilst there's a minority who suffer from obesity due to legitimate health concerns, these people are such a small minority compared to the masses of those who are merely slovenly. A fat person's condition is detrimental to their health in a tangible way, and almost always has the capacity to change themselves. Being fat is indicative of bad personality traits and of being more likely to be unhealthy.

A short person has no control over their scenario. They are short based purely upon circumstances they never exerted control over. Shortness is linked to certain conditions, but only a minute amount which the increase in risk associated with is negligible. Although a short person could change their circumstances through hormones/surgery, such a move would be moot and pointless as it would only likely have detrimental effects.

So no, OP, I don't think there's any hypocrisy. A man not choosing a fat woman is a man saying he doesn't want to have a lazy and unhealthy partner. A woman not choosing a short man based on his height is merely the woman being vapid and making judgements based on aesthetics.

If I ever have kids, I'll pray to God that they won't do some of the stuff I've done, but I regret very little and I'm bluntly honest about it; thus, I smell cleaner than a lot of the "hollier than thou" hypocrites out there. I don't think anybody "deserves" sex, unless you pay for it explicitly. What gets me is the guys who post here with a "I deserve sex dammit but not with her, or her, or her, or her, but with that one really hot one over there who has her pick of all the guys"

I deserve sex with Vin Deisel. And the Rock. Actually I deserve a threesome with them!! ! ;-)

I never claimed to identify with the "Nice guys TM" (a barely existant internet stereotype SOME people here project onto every man who's had bad experiences with dating). I'm rejected for a relationship usually because I have few friends, because I'm introverted and because I'm still not finished with my education--not because I'm nice. Girls who don't know all this might very well go to bed with me, though; unlike what some girls would have you think when they dump all that stuff on how "all men want is sex" on you, girls like sex as much as boys do.

I never claimed I was entitled to one-night stands either, I said I deserved them, just like Bill Clinton deserved a blow job.

A) To get into the differences between saying someone deserves something and someone is entitled to something is to get into semantic hairsplitting, you're basically saying the exact same thing and then comparing YOUR version of it to an unfaithful husband, doing something most would agree on some level was wrong.

B) I was responding to OliveOilMom, not you, and I wasn't talking about you, I don't think for a second you identify with Nice Guys(TM)
