Which type would be more suitable for me given my looks?

I support CryptoNerd and everything he said.

When someone is lacking a sense of realism, I believe brutal honesty is a much better approach than beating around the bushes.

Sometimes, people really need a figurative kick in the ass to wake up from a state of self-delusion.

Correction: There's being honest and then there's being brutally honest, which means being honest to the point of being an @$$hole.

Besides, plenty of people have already told the OP that he isn't attractive enough to get either type, so I don't see how my post is that much different.

The fact that you pointed it out-- which shows intent, and that intent wasn't to be helpful.

There was this woman today who had no front teeth. And she wore a plaid shirt with torn jeans. Yet she smelled nice, and was really sweet. I felt a longing for her.

There was this really good-looking woman on the train whom I wouldn't touch with a 10-foot pole. She had a nasty way about her.

Precisely the reason why I don't care much for lingerie.

It's a lot like gift wrapping, to me. IMO, what's inside is the only thing that really matter... and you're going to unwrap it anyway :wink:

I wouldn't call him obnoxious.... just immature and naive.... which is perfectly normal for an Aspie his age.

Still, I do support your use of brutal honesty, because I believe he needs a figurative kick in the ass to wake up from his self-delusion.

However, I believe he deserves it because that's what would is most likely help him... and the people in his environment... and not because I consider him obnoxious.

For being so judgemental, one might argue that you're the obnoxious one :wink:

I just find his subtle arrogance kind of obnoxious, the fact that he thinks he has a chance with either of those types of women when he clearly hasn't put any effort into making himself more attractive to them, and also the fact that this seems more like a "fishing for complements" thread than anything else, like he wanted people to validate how sexy he is just because he paid some attractive women to pose with him. Not to mention he's basically treating women as trophies when he's sharing these pictures. I find him just as annoying as all the misogynists you see in L&D.

And yes, I admit that I've made some pretty arrogant posts here, but I'm more open about the fact that I'm an overconfident as*hole, and I've already had my attractiveness validated by many people IRL.

Narcissistic personality disorder perhaps? Not an attack, merely a question. It's not a common co-morbid of autism, but there are a few people here with them both.

Narcissistic personality disorder almost always results from either an extremely coddling upbringing or an extremely abusive upbringing, and I have had neither, so no, I don't think I have NPD. The OP might, however. I don't know his history.

Oh you mean that he has confidence in himself. Odd thought women and men here keep saying to have confidence. Seems to fly in the face of most advice given on this site.

He took pictures with women at events. Am I missing something? The models at events are paid to look pretty, take pictures with guests and try to sell things. Personally I'd be too afraid to approach models if I ever attended any such event and I don't like taking photos. However I've seen such photos of both female and male models or people in costumes for, such events all over social media. I don't equal that to seeing women as trophies.

Yeah he's not good enough for any of those women,meow dare he even try. How dare he be confident given his looks.mhe should know better.
