Yeah. It needs to be literally horrifyingly deceptive and immoral for it to be counted as rape by deception.

That woman I mentioned earlier in the test case for example dressed as a man sexually abused her ex girlfriend with sex toys she said was actually her "penis". That's the level of deception before it's considered illegal in the UK at least.

Pretty serious by anyone's standards and almost cartoonishly immoral. Almost the type of stuff that belongs in drunken banter at a pub as some punchline to a bad joke.

Yes, in the UK the police and judges seem to have a lot of common sense and don't go after someone who makes a mistake or does something relatively innocent

If a individual went to a police station horrified at dishonest, autistic virgin semen being inside them they would be laughed out the building by the police, crown prosecution service and judges along with the government.
