Ok well then Aspie1 shouldn't be worried about being charged if not disclosing virginity, if that's the case then.

Virginity doesn't put anyone at risk, so it's not an issue.
Not disclosing STI and other potentially dangerous information matters.

That makes sense. Well Aspie1 or any other people who are worried about being charged with rape by deception for not disclosing virginity then, do not have to worry legally.

Yeah. It needs to be literally horrifyingly deceptive and immoral for it to be counted as rape by deception.

That woman I mentioned earlier in the test case for example dressed as a man sexually abused her ex girlfriend with sex toys she said was actually her "penis". That's the level of deception before it's considered illegal in the UK at least.

Pretty serious by anyone's standards and almost cartoonishly immoral. Almost the type of stuff that belongs in drunken banter at a pub as some punchline to a bad joke.

Yes, in the UK the police and judges seem to have a lot of common sense and don't go after someone who makes a mistake or does something relatively innocent

What kind of nonsense is this?

How can “not disclosing one’s virginity” be “rape by deception”?

I challenge anyone to provide justification for this supposition; otherwise, I would believe someone making that association is some sort of troll.

I agree.
We've seen enough virgin shaming here to last a lifetime.

As absurd as it sounds, you literally need to be a female, blindfolding your victim and vaginally penetrating them with a strap-on multiple times over a prolonged period of time while pretending to be a male for it to be rape by deception

*Actual UK court case*

If a individual went to a police station horrified at dishonest, autistic virgin semen being inside them they would be laughed out the building by the police, crown prosecution service and judges along with the government. They would also collectively give that autisitc virgin a high five for being a complete winner and successfully sowing his seed with impressive trickery.

So if not claiming to be autistic or a virgin, is not grounds for being charged, then what are some autistic people worried about legally speaking then?

Is it a fear of being charged that is causing some autistic people still remain virgins, rather than the autism itself per se?

I guess they want to be honest. That's all I can think of.

Autisitcs who are afraid of lying about being autisitc for fear of being charged with rape by deception are called "Not sneaky enough" by the legal system.

Does that mean the legal system thinks they should just not diclose being autistic or a virgin, and that will be fine even though it could be considered sneaky?

Yes. If a female (or male) that you deeply trust and is the sweetest person on earth asks "are you a virgin or autistic" while you're both naked in the bed and about to get it on.

It's all perfectly legal and in some western nations, such individuals are encouraged to lie.

YOU DON'T HAVE TO TELL PEOPLE YOU'RE AUTISTIC. YOU DON'T HAVE TO TELL PEOPLE YOU'RE A VIRGIN.

END OF STORY.

I didn't tell my first sexual partner that I was diagnosed with autism when I was 3 years old. I didn't tell her that I was a virgin.
