I'm 16 years old, I'll be 17 in June. I have low self esteem and I'm not very self confident.

Had 1 boyfriend, went out for about a year and broke up in January.

Not really looking for a boyfriend online, but I need friends who live in the London area [UK], because I weekly board, so all my friends live far away and in the holidays I get bored and lonely.

I like music a lot. My favourite bands are Radiohead, Wheatus and Third Eye Blind. I play the guitar. I have quite good computer skills, but prefer real people. I am shy and awkward in large groups of people, and I can't start conversations with people I don't know well, but I get on very well and socialise well with my friends. I work on an advice site, as a global moderator, and I enjoy helping people. My favourite subject at school is Latin, I love the poetry, and the language is pretty cool, but it's probably the weakest of the subjects I take, I just take it because I like it. I also do geography and economics that I quite like, and I'm good at, and History that I don't enjoy and will soon stop.

Anyway, I've gotta to go bed now because it's 10 to 1am...

Oh yeah. My name's Chris, I'm 17 right now. I like food, reading, PCs and PC games, action/comedy/historical/scifi/fantasy films.

My tastes in music range, although Rock is my favourate, because it has soo many styles, from classical rock to heavy metal, and i like all of them. The only music i truely dislike is Rap, although Regae is cool. And I also have a distaste for pop, although punk pop is cool. same with pop rock.

I am (admitedly) a wee bit overweight, although not much. I have black/uber dark brown hair, brown eyes, a slight beard (cause i havent shaved, cant find my razor recharger oh, never mind, just found it) and a skin tone that varies from totally fish white in midwinter to a nice heavy tan (I can actually be mistaken for a spanish/italian guy), although my dad's goes worse, hes been mistaken for African before now.

Im not sure how tall i am, something like 1.6-1.2m (will edit this next time i measure my height) tall.

I study Psychology, Computing and Physics, so i am moderatly broadly spread academicly. However, i also attend college chess club (although we actually play cards there, usually with 3 decks of cards mixed into 1), attend an AS youth club (so all those in Manchester UK, PM me anywhoo and ill send ya info) and I also like chinese philosophies (oriental anyway) as well as Dragons, Swords (katana) and Archery.

As leery as I am about doing this, I have never really regarded percautions before so why not.

I am 18, 198cm, 79.5 Kg, living in the far outskirts of Pittsburgh PA. I will be moving near the airport in the fall to goto collage. I would really like someone to watch the good cartoons on Saturday night with. Anyone who overanilises the world as much as I do would be nice*. Also if you happen to be really synical and could playfully poke fun at each other from time to time. I am real good at video games and TCGs. I also enjoy doing things that take a real long time like RISK and Monopoly. I also like having intellectua conversations for extend periods of time over coffee, tea, and/or food. It would be essential that you do not like Country music under any circumstances**. I like art-rock, punk rock, forign teckno and anything that isn't "Gangsta" rap, pop, and country. I could really care less what you look like because I don't have any sort of tastes inperticuar, I can also be really gentlemanly if the situation permits. I also like ranting. Well acutally everythign is a rant. Ranting is good, you should be an experianced ranter too. Besides that I have some various hobbies like RPGs, Anime, and reading. That pretty much sums it up.
