:D
Male, 51, 6'. 165 lbs, still have some hair, teeth, two arms, two legs, presenile dementia with some brain as well as other appendages still functioning. Athletic, literate, aspie, physical and mental. Enjoy the company of other people as well as myself. I would rather be alone and happy than surrounded by unhappiness. I have a very wide range of interests, trust me because I won't try to make a list. I've done, can do and do many things and look forward to doing much more. It is unfortunate that a lifetime doesn't last much, much longer as I find it to get more interesting and there is so much more of interest to experience. I will have to come back. I don't know that I'm a genius or savant at anything, I am probably a master at some things but don't put much thought toward categorizing myself. I am. I'm kind of occupied with being. I don't spend much time looking at myself except when I shave. I am self analytical, learn from the past, look toward the future. I understand a lot about myself, have been evolving all my life and continue to find many pleasant surprises. I Love life, it has been an absolutely fascinating journey, all the ups and downs, good and bad, unfolding before me. I love laughter but I don't laugh enough. I laugh by myself and can clap with one hand but this is where other people come in.

Non discriminating on the basis of gender. Realistically, concerning this particular thread, I'm looking to chat with people living within or who plan on visiting within thirty miles of the Houston, Texas coast.
Someone who is pleasant, good company and also has the ability to be silent at times is ideal, as well as an open mind. An interesting mind a plus. Having an attractive physique, some athleticism, is a plus. I can't give you specifics as it all depends on the overall package. I hope you have similar expectations toward me. Everybody has good and not so good attributes. We're all unique, particularly aspies. I don't care whether anyone is an aspie or NT, what I care about is who you are. Don't be shy if you're young and I don't arbitrarily rule out a person who isn't.
It is okay if you pay the rent for my apartment and buy me a car but that doesn't mean I will sleep with you. :!:

Oh, I think only "Alex Plank" and maybe a couple of others are website elves. And he really doesn't seem scary, though he is a little bit funny. Amazing the advances in artificial intelligence.
The rest of us are people, at least I know I am a people.

You're welcome to share some of my time anytime. Please bring something to put it in.
Could you give me your credit card and cv number please? Thanks.

ok, not too much detail. I am bored with most people. I like to play guitar, write songs, write code, make stuff.. invent stuff that I have no capacity to ever really create. I can dance but never do. I can cook, but avoid it. I like coffee, beer, crossword puzzles. I live in the desert with all the harmless spiders that make people run away. I say "hi" if I like you.

My name is Bernard. I am 21 years old and my height is 5'5-3/4". My weight is around 120-130. My faith is Roman Catholic. I am majoring in production McNally Smith College of Music in St. Paul, MN. Music, religion, history, and technology make up my life.

I am seeking a woman who dresses modestly and is the nurturing type around children. She must be able to tolerate a musician. Her faith may be Catholic or other denomination of Christian, Judaism, or Islam.

stealing tim's list because i found it nice and organized.

name: Jon

age: 22

location: Los Angeles, California. hating every minute of it but would most certainly welcome a different view point to introduce the city to me.

physical: 6'0, 215lbs, dark blonde hair, blue eyes, glasses. facial hair includes sideburns (down to just below my jawline) and a goatee...but i keep that short...no scott ian style rat-tails.

interests: music, politics, art, philosophy, film, history (focus on recent history and theological history), psychology, video games, and an occassional tv show (i have a few dedicated shows i watch). i also must admit a huge interest in biology, comics, comedy (appreciating stand-up comedy as an art form along with just appreciating works of humor) and generally trying to be as well-rounded as a person can be.

sexual orientation: straight, monogamous....though no experience with polyamorous relationships to know either way in that regard.

religion: laveyen satanist in philosophy, skeptical atheist with regards to deities.

tv shows: family guy, simpsons, south park, mythbusters, house, penn and teller's BS, scrubs, the boondocks.

music: really, i can hang with almost any genre of music. my all time favorite bands, though, are: the beatles, fishbone, xtc, faith no more, pink floyd, bad religion, nofx, most of les claypool's work (primus, and all the various other projects), parliament funkadelic, oingo boingo.

movies: too many....lemme see what i can list off the top of my head....the godfather, brain candy, hot fuzz, shaun of the dead, the baxter, wet hot american summer, a clockwork orange, batman begins, M*A*S*H, catch 22, the jersey triology, star wars triology, sin city, fight club, high fidelity, jesus camp, this movie is not yet rated, the aristocrats, 20 dates, free enterprise....uh, i'll just stop now. haha.

books: all-time favorite: a confederacy of dunces...if any of the above movies were books first, i've probably read it (with the exception of mash, godfather, and clockwork orange). also really enjoyed imperial hubris, king dork, and fahrenheit 451.

currently reading: the trials of lenny bruce and the mismeasure of man

must-haves in a prospective mate:

sharing at least a couple interests preferably with music. i used to adhere to the saying from the film high fidelity "it's who you like, not what you're like" but i've been working on changing that....though admittedly my strong personality does require some patience....at least to deal with my strong interest in so many different things. i'd prefer an aspie but NT's are cool too...though i'd suspect an NT will need much more patience than an aspie would. must have an appreciation for south park and the simpsons and at least somewhat share similar political interests...politics is, afterall, the great divider along with religion. i generally don't tend to be biased against someone's religious beliefs so long as they don't enforce those beliefs on others which generally includes abortion, gay marriage, and disliking me simply because i'm an atheist. and i'd dare to say it's a requirement to like at least one of my all-time favorite bands.

eh, i'm a handful...what can i say? if you have a twisted sense of humor, we'll probably get along well. but again, music is a must.

....wow i'm a demanding picky bastard. hahaha. eh, in the end i'm a good guy.

Image

and yes...i am a dork....though that probably should have been apparent the moment i mentioned taking stand up comedy seriously. :P

I only had time to read the first 7 pages tonight, but no one has matched me yet.

I'm a 17-year-old white male looking for a white female from 14 to 20. I love math and, to a degree philosophy. I'm not much of a book reader, and I'm not very active. I will be graduating from high school in 3 weeks, and I don't have a car. I can sing fairly well (perhaps 95th percentile?) and I like games such as Final Fantasy, though I don't play games every day (I actually haven't played anything more than minesweeper in several weeks).

I'm in desperate need of a working relationship. After my most recent relationship, I realized that what I need is a girl quite similar to me, most likely with High Functioning Autism or Asperger Syndrome. I'm a rather internal person, so I don't do many "activities," but I would be fully devoted if I could find a girl like myself.

PM for more info or if you know anyone like the person I desire...

*Gulp*

Nothing ventured, nothing gained....

Name: Call me Grimbling for now. I've had a close shave with a nutter on the web before, so these days I only tell my real name to people likely to call me by it :)

Age: 26

Location: Bundaberg (Qld, Australia)

A list of my long term/most recent obsessions will give you a pretty good idea what I'm like:
The Goodies, the Marx Brothers and comedy of that stripe.
Birdwatching, bushwalking and ecology stuff - like it but not neccessarily good at it
Music - I play the guitar and piano (and harp, but never really got that one properly) and listen to an eclectic mix of stuff. Currently clogging up my MP3 player is a selection of new(ish) Aussie stuff like Living End and the Whitlams, 70s stuff like Skyhooks, and old radio comedy show I'm Sorry I'll Read That Again.

Sexual Orientation: Straight. As far as I know. Sorry, I don't do this mating thing well.

Religion: Lapsed pagan. I'm not so much practicing any more, but if you're uncomfortable with the idea of paganism, it probably isn't gonna work.

Physical characteristics: 5'4 or thereabouts, white with freckles, blonde, brown eyes, kinda plump but working on it, not fond of exercise.
