Drinking: Occasionally. But then occasionally in Australia tends to be a little more than in other countries, lol. No more than what's healthy/generally acceptable though.

Smoking: Unfortunately.

I'm generally very rock'n'roll in my social habits, but am not without class.

Hobbies/interests:

Music, music and music!

It's the one thing in my life that I'm quite happy to let myself obsess over completely.

I write music, play guitar, bass, cello, violin, piano, synths, berimbau and sing, play in a band, play solo, write electronica every now and then, try to brave social anxiety enough to go and support local music every now and then and completely forget my social anxiety when someone I love enough comes to play from overseas.

I also read a lot, watch a lot of movies, draw occasionally and love cooking.

Music: All kinds- INCLUDING rap and country. I respect all forms of music and their right to exist, except those that spread hate and discriminate.

I'm a rock'n'roll guy first and foremost, it's where my heart's at, but I can tolerate MOST music.

My favourite band and life-long obsession is The Smashing Pumpkins, closely followed by Led Zeppelin, Bloc Party, Nick Cave and the Bad Seeds, Augie March and David Bowie.

I don't expect anyone to like all of those, but anyone who knows me will hear them a lot and have to at least be able to put up with it, lol.

My day job is fixing telecommunication infrastructure problems, it's a cushy office job that pays well enough and lets me excercise my brain.
