That's what I thought three years ago. 30 minutes of lifting dumbells three times a week, followed by a protein shake (30-40 grams of protein) had changed my mind. :) Sometimes I go to the gym, but most of time I lift in my living room listening to music or watching TV. It helps pass the time.

Of course: you're a *dude*, after all. :P
My monkey noodles are twice as long as that girl's, anyway.

Excuses EXCUSES! There are plenty of athletic women around. If they can do it so can you. :) They aren't more capable than you. If anything, it is the other way around!

The trainers at work told me flat-out that it'd take me twice as long as the average woman to build muscle, simply because all of my muscles are twice as long. :P

You *did* mention patience and perseverance, though - I is hasing none. :(

You may find it familiar...we both go to York University. Specifically, we're standing in front of the Founders College building.

My diagnoses - social anxiety disorder and obsessive-compulsive disorder.

Oh yes he is! That's what a healthy lifestyle does to a human body! :)

My cousin (Microsoft geek by the way) runs marathons all over the World: Lodon, NY, Berlin, SF, Vancouver and of course Seattle. She's 51. She looks about 40 or maybe even a few years younger. Her brother is 52 or 53 and he's doing the same.

My tri friend Wendy is turning 50 next month. She's still running triathlons, and Portland marathon next month. She's a little spitfire and looks about 40.

Dave Scott (AKA "The Man") is one of the original founders of Ironman in 1979. He's 55 and this is a recent pic of him:

(Forum is breaking the link. Copy and paste.)

And finally if you aren't convinced, I present Catholic Nun Sister Madonna Buder. She's 78 years old and is still competing in Ironmans. in fact she was at my race just last month:

Her and about 30 others were disqualified when the race organizers along the bike course misdirected their group down a wrong leg of the course. To add insult to injury they completed the race and THEN they were told it didn't count. :x

Wow!! She's just about the best advertisement for exercise I've seen. What muscles!! Such agility and stamina. Other people her age are shuffling along wondering where alll their energy went and look at her. Just wow!

Kind of fluffy, with nice udders, and no horns (better that way if she gets mad at me).

Hilarious. An old friend of mine and I had a recurring joke about two goats named Lyle and Kyle. We crafted an entire back story about them. Kyle frequents the casinos while Lyle is always trying to get laid. I even made an fake movie advertisement with two goats in it called Goatback Mountain. *bleat*

Basically like that. But i'm fairly flexible.

Who is that?

Her name's Chelsea, met her in middle school.

Apera has no further comment at this time.

Mine is so awesome, perfect, I can't use design and drawing programs, so I'm gonna describe it as good as I can;

He has blonde hair, round face, thin nose, sharp eyes that are blue, dark eyebrows, thin lips, a skin that shows he ahs stayed in the sun in a while, he has a somewhat dark voice, and has a "posing "walk". I have never seen someone like that, and I've never found some guy models who look like that, and I don't think someone like that exists, that chance is very low.

Anyone else?

Oh what the hell, may as well describe my ideal partner, after all I will never meet her

The idea partner would be either Caucasian or Asian preferably. If Caucasian, I would love a brunette with medium to dark brown hair that is either shoulder length or longer. She wouldn't be a stick figure by any means, nor would she be on the verge of plump or obese. She would be somewhere in the middle.

Eye color wouldn't matter to me, but the facial features would. I have often thought and have said that the most beautiful part of a woman is her face, the face will always be the thing that you will see most. I'd like a girl with rounded eyes, very well proportioned facial features, and a large, warm smile. She would be both cute looking and beautiful simultaneously.

The celebrity that I would say comes closest to looking like the kind of girl that would be perfect for me if she were Caucasian would be Emmy Rossum.

As for Asian, well there are so many attractive Asian, it would be hard for me to describe them all, so it is better left if I name some celebrities who would fit closest to whom I would be the most attracted to: Gong Li, Jamie Chung, Kristin Kreuk, Amuro Namie, Yifei Liu, Bingbing Li, maria ozawa, etc and so forth

I can't describe what my ideal partner looks like. It's much more what they are like as a person rather than physical features. However there is one thing that I can't live without, and that is music. They must be a musician, either classically trained or with an interest in classical music.

My ideal fantasy partner looks like your mom..................... kidding.

I tend to have a preference for blonde girls (not slu*ty looking ones like you see at the bar), but I don't solely go for girls based on their looks.
