Thanks. I might wait until she asks, if not then oh well.

I might next year if I get a laptop computer with built in wi-fi modem. Incase I can’t afford internet. Anyways I might have to wait until then to do that.

It's still pretty rare for a woman to ask a guy for his number or Facebook handle. I wouldn't count on it.

But I wouldn't ask for her Facebook handle, or number, until you've spoken to her awhile. I mean---for at least 30 minutes on a few occasions.

About that. Talking to her for at least 30 minutes, nonstop, with a constant flow to the conversation.

I don't mean six occasions of saying "hi" and "bye."

I understand that. 30 minutes conversation but if it doesn’t last longer than five, then.....?

Your job is to make it at least 30 minutes. If you can do that, then you're doing pretty good.

Does there happen to be a café in the library?

A cafe like area, yes.

After talking to her for 30 minutes the first time, I might ask her if she wanted a coffee there.

If she says "no," then that's it.

What if she says some other time?

Also for future reference, what are signs that I am not sure of myself? What are some sort of behavioral traits to that?

If you start saying how depressed you are....or how you have trouble getting girlfriends.....or make self-deprecating jokes, then you will look rather insecure.

But don't overdo it on the macho stuff.

Believe it or not, there are women who are into martial arts. Have you found out what she likes in terms of interests?

Not yet. She hasn’t talked to me that much.

I plan on asking her for help finding a book and then ask her what is her favorite book of all time. How does that sound?
