I work part-time as a second job in a bonehead gig- Supervising a study hall room in a two-year college. One of the students that comes in is a woman who I have had brief conversations with. The next time she comes in, I will ask her for her e-mail address, and give her mine. I was going to ask her for her phone number, but I am tired of making dates with women, only to have them cancel at the last minute.
I am a member of a free computer dating site. I am tired of it, since I got occasional emails from women who are much older than me, but other than that, not much going on.

To be perfectly honest, nervousness doesn't bugger girls all that much.
If you don't know what to say, that's okay.

Just don't doubt yourself.
...(Err, edit, because if you doubt yourself, she will doubt you)
You sound pretty cool, and as an autie/aspie you have no choice but to "be yourself" : )
And if a certain girl doesn't like you for who you are, you don't want them, really.
But to be honest(yes, again), most girls like sincerity more then self-control... Only slightly more:p

Know yourself, and just relax. And if instinct sets in, c'est la vie. If anything, it's a compliment to her level of attractiveness..heh.

Good luck.

I agree with LivingOutsideTheBox except for the buggery part, leave it to the 3rd date at least ;)

Also keep keep the KISS theory in mind, Keep It Simple Stupid. Say what you want to say and don't stick around too long, make like your time is valuable and she may appreciate it more when you find time for her.
