When I think about it - as much as I'm not racist, and have had crushes on girls of different looks and colours - I do tend to be more attracted to people with some overall look, and it also applies to males who I'm not attracted to, but admit they look good.

It applies to people of not one specific ethnic group, and it doesn't describe everyone who's related to me. But it does include a certain skin tone, hair colour, sometimes texture, height, facial traits - and I do appreciate the look of males with a thick dark beard/whiskers. These traits are very similar to mine.

I didn't think about it as an issue for always, just realised now. I especially note that because not all my family look the same, I have some mixture of genes, and it refers to a look that's somewhat similar to mine, not to my family/race/people/nation. Anyone else here more attracted to people who look "like him" unconsciously, regardless of ethnicity/culture?

If you are referring to someone who looks similar to yourself. Then I am sure that this is true of most people. There is a good reason for that being the case.
