For now, I am focused on the candy...but the real candy holiday for me is Easter.

Happy Valentines to you all :D but for me, it got turned down.... I even made a thread about why it was turned down in the heaven, so i'm spending it online (yet again) :(

I've never celebrated Valentine's Day before (always been single).

I never celebrated it either, until I was 40. Now I appreciate it. So, if you have someone to share it with, happy Valentine's Day. If not, then Happy Just Another Sunday.

I've celebrated it 20 years now. If you don't feel like celebrating Valentine's day, just celebrate my birthday. :P

I saw my luck start to change last year, when I asked a girl out who I now go to college with for Valentine's Day; we had a fairly decent time. Later last year (in May), I had my first kiss, albeit with someone else.

Tonight would be a good movie night if there was a Valentines Day version of Scrooge!

Bah Humbug!

  I'm wondering about how the reviews for the new Valentine's Day movie are going to turn out. It's loaded with celebrities, but seems cheesy.

I celebrated Singles Appreciation Day today. Basically it's me doing whatever the hell I want by myself. Stayed up till 0100 last night to catch the premiere of the Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood dub on Adult Swim, then slept in till 1000. Now I'm watching the Daytona 500.

The way I see it, if you're in a relationship, it shouldn't really matter which day is your "Valentine's Day". Why do we need one particular day to show that you "love" (whatever that word means) him or her? So, the idea of every couple doing couple-like things on one day is just sickening.

My friend back in North Carolina, though, seems to be hitting every success possible, after having almost no experience with girls (beyond acquaintanceship) for 18 years. I just hope things go well for him.
