Really I have one bully whom is very attractive and muscular due to playing football. I asked him to flex them as I have a fascination with them. He then said "Damn!" and was showing off to this friend Lachlan of his who I find equally as enraging. And then all of a sudden his friend, my other teaser, asked me if I wanted to see his. I felt them and he just went all crazy with laughter. This was in the hall. Then another boy who I know came after and asked me "What about mine?" I felt them to and he just squirmed. What! Three boys in a row came to me that morning so I could feel their muscle. Lachlan tapped through his class window and flexed them to me again, like he was looking for my approval. Can anyone explain what this is? And whenever I am walking at lunchtime they call me and say "Jake (my attractive one) wants a hug" or he "Wants to get naughty" What the? I find them always testing me. And plus I once sarcastically blew a kiss to Jake and then they all said "Woooooow!" As if it gave them a thrill.

They are just weird. They are trying to make you feel bad about yourself. That's how NT's are.

They know you're interested and are teasing you about it. Check out the thread "have you ever been ask out as a joke" or something like that.

That's what's happening.

They may just like showing off their muscle that they've worked on to build. Seeing as how they are getting attention from a female it may be a mixture of bravado and teasing. I wouldn't take it too seriously.

that sounds about right - its quite a bizarre scenario though. on one hand, teasing someone who stands out as different, but on the other vying to get validation from that person eg. 'that rival male got his muscles examined, so id better as well'

In my experience, boys usually teased me just to be mean. On the other hand, boys also have a strange way of expressing that they like you. When I was in junior high, which seems like ages ago (I'm now in my early 30s), there was a boy who said (and hopefully, you're not disgusted by this), that he wanted to lick my applesauce container -- Ewww! You can either let it bother you, like I did, or you can respond and tell them to stop, or you can just ignore it. It's your call.
Or, maybe they do like you. When men are attracted to women, they have certain gestures that they use, such as flexing their muscles, to show that they are flirting with them. It's like when peacocks show off their feathers -- to attract a mate.
Otherwise, it's really hard to know for sure what their intentions are.

I am willing to throw in with Psych on this issue. I had a roommate who was very insecure about himself. If a female were to say anything that suggested that she wasn't interested in him, he'd throw a hissy-fit later. It didn't even seem to matter whether or not he was remotely interested in dating that particular female.

It's an ego thing, and it is not unique to those who are "Neuro-Typical."

PS: Not to hi-jack the thread, but is there anyone else on this board who hates the term "Neuro-Typical?"

I kind of do. I feel it's somewhat pretentious to give a label to the vast majority of the world like that. It also falsely lumps them all together, when everyone is different.

Yeah.

Also they wouldn't think that you just have a fascination with the muscles, but rather with them and their muscles. As long as their teasing gets some sort of reaction out of you (whether it be blowing kisses or punching them in the face) they will probably continue to do it.

From what is described I do not think they are making fun of you. I think they thought you were flirting with them, and they took it as a big compliment that you were interested in their muscles, and yes, they probably think you were interested in them, too.

But do be careful, this part

makes me think that at least one of them is probably going to try to sleep with you, and if in the wrong setting maybe without consent. Just be aware of this possibility.
